Violet's pov
Three Days After The Durselys Took Harry
"Mom, you got a letter from Harry!" Grace shouts from the kitchen, I run down the stairs and walk into the kitchen. "On second thought, I'll take this to dad." Grace nervously hides the letter. "Grace, give it to me." I order, she sighs and looks up at me. "Mom, just stay calm. DAD! I need your help!" Grace shouts, Regulus walks into the kitchen and kisses my cheek. "Grace, the letter. Now." I command, she nervously hands me the open letter.
'Dear Aunt Violet, Please come get me. They are having a business partner come over to make a deal and I have been cleaning for two days straight. I haven't eaten since they took me. Violet, they locked away all my Hogwarts things. I miss you, I can't stay here anymore please. Love Harry'
I slammed the letter on the table, Draco, Sirius, and Remus walked in and saw the anger flowing off me. "What did they do?" Sirius asks, taking the letter from the table. "They are starving him! Forcing him to clean! Just to eat!" I shout, I grab my want off the table and get ready to apparate, Regulus grabs my arm. "I'm coming with you dear." Regulus whispers, kissing my cheek. Once we apparate to the Durselys, I catch a glimpse of Harry cleaning the living room. I notice Petunia yelling at him and Dudley eating in the kitchen. Regulus grabbed my hand, he traced small circles with his thumb on the top of my hand.
"Just try not to blow up." Regulus laughed lightly, I let out a breath and nodded. He grabbed my face, lifting my head up to look at him directly in the eyes. I placed a small kiss on my forehead, "We are taking him, no questions asked." He comforted, I nodded and kissed his lip gently. As we turned back around Vernon grabbed Harry's ear and made him walk up the stairs. A car door shut behind us, Regulus and I looked behind us to see an older couple walking up. "Hello? Are you two lost?" They asked us, "No, I am here visiting." I fake a smile. The nod and walk up to the door, Dudley answers. As he sees us his face drops, he looks back at the people in front of us and welcomes them.
As the couple walks in he tries to shut the door on us, I place my foot in between the door jamb and the door. "I suggest you open this door and let me in or I'll do more than give you a snout to match the tail you had last year." I whisper-sneer. His eyes widened and he opened the door. "Good boy, don't think you are off the hook from harassing Harry." I smirk before he runs off. "Oh! There's my Dudley!" Petunia cooes. "Vernon, who was the couple outside. Said they were just visiting?" The man asks. "Oh, probably just some strange people." Vernon shrugs. "D-dad," Dudley starts to stutter, while pointing to us standing in the door jamb.
Petunia and Vernon gasp at the sight of me and Regulus. "W-what are you doing here?" Petunia sneers, still maintaining a smile. "Oh, so silly of me, I didn't introduce myself." I laugh fakely. I reach my hand out to the couple, "I'm Violet Black, this is my husband Regulus Black." I introduce us, Regulus shakes their hands. "Anyway, Petunia, I just had one quick question before I take Harry with me." I smile at her. "Y-You can't take him, it's only been three days." She laughed a bit. "Who's Harry?" the lady asked. "Oh, Harry. He is my godson, the Dursleys are supposed to be taking care of him. But my question is, why did I receive a letter from Harry stating you aren't feeding him?" I ask harshly, the couple gasps.
"Oh, our silly nephew is always creating stories." Vernon makes up. I glare at him before walking closer to Petunia. "Do you not remember what I told you, or were you naive enough to believe I wouldn't find out?" I spit. "HARRY!" I shout, seconds later I hear footsteps running down the stairs. "Hey, kid." Regulus gives him a side hug. "Vi!" Harry exclaims, I turn around and kneel down. He jumps into my arms, I pull him close to me. "I'm here, love. I'm here." I whisper cradling his head in my hands. "This is nonsense, he was well fed." Vernon states, Petunia hushes her husband.
