A couple of weeks later,
Johnny set his bags onto his bed after he'd come home from with Grey.
As he sat down, there was a knock at the door.

"Come in." He said and Hayden walked in "Oh... hey."

Hayden glared at him, "Why didn't you tell me you were going away? I had to find out from Claudia." Hayden said

"It was a last minute thing that Grey arranged. I'm sorry. I wanted to tell you."

"So why didn't you? You've got a phone. Speaking of which, why didn't you at least text me while you were away?" Hayden asked

"Cos Grey took my phone before we even drove out of the driveway. He wanted me to focus on myself for once. Put myself first." Johnny said "I wanted to call you. Every day. But I knew Grey was right, I needed to focus on myself."

Hayden bit his lip, "And... did you? Focus on yourself?"

"Yes. I really did." Johnny said as he stood up "I put myself first."

"And... and what happened? How are you feeling now?" Hayden asked

"I feel better. A lot better since you last saw me. I know what I really want now." Johnny said, walking up to him "I want you. I wanna be with you."

So... you're not just gonna leave then?"

"No way." Johnny said, moving his hand to Hayden's cheek "I'm gonna live my life. My mom died for me... I'm gonna live for her. For the both of us."

They both smiled as Hayden held Johnny's hand before they kissed.

"I love you. Ok? I love you so much." Johnny said

Hayden smiled, "I love you too."

Johnny kissed him again.

"Things are gonna change. I'm not gonna keep everything bottled up anymore. I promise." Johnny said

"That's all I've ever wanted from you." Hayden told him

"Ok... good. Now I need to shopping."

"What?" Hayden laughed "Well, I'll come with you."

"No. I'm shopping for a birthday present for you. I would've gotten you something in LA, but I spent most of the time in the Air BNB."

Hayden looked at him closely, "Fine. Have you got a tan?"

"A bit." Johnny laughed "Its not just on my face..."

"Yeah? Gonna show me?"

Johnny smirked "Maybe later. On your birthday."

Hayden smiled before he kissed him

"I'll call you later." Johnny said as Hayden pulled back from him "Have you got my house key on you?"

"Uh... yeah. You want it back?" Hayden asked and Johnny nodded

Hayden pulled his keys out of his pocket and took Johnny's house key off them and gave it to him

"Thanks." Johnny said, putting it on his side table by his bed

Hayden smiled before he left.
After a few minutes, Johnny went downstairs and saw Claudia, Hunter and Olivia putting their coats on by the front door

"Where're you going?" He asked as he picked Olivia up

"Mummy's taking us to the mall." Olivia said

"Do you want to come?" Claudia asked

"Please come!" Hunter said

"Yeah, alright. I need your help to pick something." Johnny said to Claudia
