Getting Better

Natsu's POV

I woke up and looked at Gray who was still sleeping. "He's in a coma." I heard Porlyuscia say from behind me. "Can you tell me what happened?" She asked and sat up. "Gray was tied up to a train track and I tried to untie him but there was a train coming." I said and she looked shocked. "And then it hit you?" She asked and I looked down. I nodded my head and I was tearing up. "Is he going to be okay?" My voice cracked. "I'm not going to make you feel better, I'm going to tell you the truth." She said harshly. "He has a 25% chance of survival." She said and I felt the tears roll down my cheek. I looked up at her and she seemed sad. I looked back at Gray and it made me feel sad. I wasn't able to save him.

"You can go home now if you want." She said and I nodded my head. "You injured your back and your arm may be in a lot of pain but apart from that you're fine." She said and I got off the bed. I walked home and when I got there everyone was looking at me. They all came towards me apart from Erza and Gajeel. "What happened to Gray?" "Are you okay?" "What happened to you guys?" "Did you get hurt?" "Are your dogs okay?" "Is Gray going to be okay?" All those voices pissed me off. "Leave me alone!" I raised my voice and ran upstairs. I went into my room and slammed the door behind me. I burst into tears and saw my dogs run towards me. I walked into the bathroom and closed the door so they couldn't get in. Luna started barking and I heard my door open. The bathroom door then opened and I saw Erza walk in with Gajeel stood behind her. He came in as well and made sure that the dogs didn't come into the room. He then closed the door and I sat on the floor. They did the same and I looked down.

"You don't have to tell us what happened but if you want to then we're always here." Erza said and I sighed. "Gray was tied to a train track and I tried to save him but I was hit as well, I think our dogs saved us as I don't think anyone was around." I explained and they were both shocked. "Yeah you're dogs saved you guys, they came in and you were both unconscious." Gajeel said and I smiled. "Well, at least our dogs saved us." I said and I noticed that there was a knife in the sink. Gajeel noticed it as well and picked it up. He walked out of the room and my dogs ran in. I stroked them and stood up. I went downstairs with Erza following me. I went into the kitchen and sat on the counter.

"I'm hungry." I said and she nodded her head. She said and grabbed a noodle packet. She looked at me and I nodded my head. She started cooking them and when she finished she gave them to me. I had managed to eat them all so I went upstairs. After about 5 minutes I decided to get dressed as I had been in these clothes for like 2 days. I heard a knock at my door and I didn't have a shirt on. I opened it and I saw Mirajane looking shocked. She looked at all my cuts which made me feel really uncomfortable.

"Do you wanna go to starbucks with me and Wendy?" She asked. "Sure, I need to get dressed." I said and she nodded her head. "We'll wait for you downstairs." She said and went down. I closed the door and put a shirt on. I saw one of Gray's hoodies and I sighed. I would put it on but I'm way too small. I normally am too small for it but I'm even smaller. I decided to grab one of my hoodies and I went downstairs to see Mirajane smiling at me. Wendy came towards us and we went to their car. When we got in we drove to Starbucks and got what we wanted. I had a cookies and cream frappuccino, Wendy had a strawberries and cream frappuccino and Mirajane had a Matcha green tea frappuccino. We then went home and I went into my room. I sat on my bed and left my door open. No one trusts me with my door shut anyways.

I layed down and thought about Gray. Hopefully he'll wake up soon. I went on my phone and scrolled on instagram. I saw Gray's instagram and somehow Gajeel had gotten onto it. I liked the post and kept looking at the photo.

I turned my phone off and closed my eyes. I was really tired and couldn't be asked to close my door.
