Third Attempt And Happy's Death

Gray's POV

I woke up and had a shower. I got dressed and saw Natsu sleeping. I smiled and stroked his hair. I looked at his arm and rolled the sleeve up. There were no fresh cuts which made me take a sigh of relief. I looked at his other arm and there were no fresh cuts either. I rolled his sleeves back down and went on my phone. I saw tons of texts from Erza.

Erza- Gray you'd better come to the guild...

Erza- Something happened

Erza- Gray?

Erza- Gray you need to wake up

Erza- Gray

Erza- Something terrible has happened

Gray- I'm awake

Erza- Gray...

Erza- Never mind

Gray- ?

Erza- Just come to the guild

I turned my phone off and started running to the guild. Once I got there everyone seemed sad. They all looked at me and some of them were crying. Erza came towards me and put a hand on my shoulder. "Juvia killed herself." She whispered. I was shocked. "And Happy has gone missing." Mirajane added. I was even more shocked. Had Juvia killed Happy and then killed herself? That's unlikely. I headed to the lake and sat by the water. I burst into tears and brang my knees to my chest. If I told Natsu would he be able to help? But then that would cause him sadness. I don't want to be the reason he's sad but it's for the best.

Natsu's POV

I woke up and could smell blood. That's Happy's blood. I ran out of the house and didn't care if anyone could see my cuts. "HAPPY!!" I shouted. I started to see blood and then saw something that would probably haunt me. Happy bleeding from his chest and mouth. I ran towards him and checked for a pulse. There was none. I opened his backpack and saw a photo of me, Gray and Happy. We were all smiling. I felt the tears go down my cheek. I saw some fish and some clothes that he would sometimes wear. I closed it and picked Happy up. I took him to the magic hospital and they said they would deal with it. I walked to the guild and everyone seemed sad. I went to Gramps' office and knocked on the door. He let me in and I stood by the door. "You seem sad." He said. I burst into tears and he came towards me. "Are you alright my child?" He asked. "H-Happy died." I said. He looked shocked. I ran out of his office and was stopped by Erza.

Erza's POV

I saw Natsu run out of Master's office so I grabbed him. He looked at me and anyone could tell that he had been crying. "What's wrong?" I asked. He was looking at something and I looked at where he was looking. A knife. I tapped his shoulder and he looked back at me. "Natsu?" I said. He burst into tears and went onto his knees. I went to his height and he was looking down. "H-Happy died." He whispered. I was shocked. I felt tears start to form in my eyes. I looked back at where Natsu was but he had gone.

Natsu's POV

"H-Happy died." I whispered. I looked at Erza and she looked shocked. Tears started to form in her eyes and I got up. I ran out of the guild and headed to my house. When I got there I couldn't see Gray so I went into the bathroom. I grabbed a blade and Luna started barking. I put it down and went into the kitchen. (Omg My R just came on, it's about suicide) I opened one of the draws and grabbed the sharpest knife I could find. I rolled my sleeve up and started cutting my wrist. Luna started scratching my leg and I pushed her away from me. She jumped up and put her paws on my stomach. I pushed her off and cut my wrist again. She bit my leg and I clutched it in pain. I didn't realised that I had dropped the knife as I was in a lot of pain. I looked at Luna and she had the knife in her mouth. She ran into the bedroom and I followed her. I tried to take it away from her but she dropped it out of the window. I shut the window and ran into the kitchen. Luna followed me and I picked her up. I put her in the bathroom and tried to shut the door but she put her paw in between it so it wouldn't shut.

"Luna." I raised my voice. She started barking even more and pushed the door open. I moved her paw away and shut the door but she got her paw stuck. I immediately opened the door and she was wining. "Luna I'm so sorry." I said and stroked her. She walked away and I noticed that she was limping. I walked towards her and could see that her paw was slightly bruised. I sighed and went on my phone. I opened up the group chat and started texting them I guess.

Natsu- Wendy

Wendy- Yes Natsu

Natsu- Can you heal animals

Wendy- No sorry

Natsu- It's okay

Wendy- Why?

Natsu- My dog got hurt

Gray- What happened to Luna?

Natsu- Nothing

Gray- Natsu, what happened to the dog

Natsu- Nothing Gray

Erza- Natsu, can I come to see how bad your dog's injury is?

Natsu- Sure

I turned my phone off and put it on the counter. I pulled my sleeve down and checked the bite that Luna gave me. It was bleeding so I grabbed a tissue and put it on the bite. After a while I heard a knock at my door and I went to open it. I saw Wendy and Erza standing there with Carla behind them. I let them in and they all went over to Luna. I closed the door behind them and put the tissue in the bin. I put a bandage on it and went over to Luna as well. She growled at me and I looked down. "Why is she growling at you?" Erza asked. "Because I trapped her paw in a door." I said and felt tears start to form in my eyes. "Why?" She asked. "I tried to kill myself." I whispered. Wendy looked at me and started to cry. Erza hugged me and I looked at Carla who was even looking sad. It was probably because of Happy.

"Did the dog stop you?" Carla asked. Erza stopped hugging me and I nodded my head. They all looked confused and I sighed. "If I touch something sharp she'll start barking." I said and Erza raised an eyebrow. "I'll go get the knife that is outside." I said and went outside. I picked the knife and walked back in the house closing the door behind me. Luna looked at the knife and started barking. I put it in the sink and she stopped. Erza and Wendy looked shocked. I heard the door open and it was Gray. He looked like he had been crying. He closed the door behind him as he walked in and ran over to Luna. I stood up and felt dizzy. Everything started turning into a blur. I felt arms on my shoulders and then all I saw was darkness.

So, Happy's fate is in your hands. Should I leave him dead or should I keep him alive?
