Part 43 - Tony Asks A Question

*The rest of your vacation is perfect*

*One night, you're outside, laying down together, holding hands, stargazing*

*It's quiet and peaceful*

*Tony turns to look at you but doesn't say anything, you can just feel him smiling at you*

Y/N: *still looking up at the sky* "You're doing it again"

Tony: "Doing what?"

*You turn to look at him*

Y/N: "Staring at me like it's the first time you've seen me"

Tony: "That's how I look at you everyday. Because I still can't believe someone like you is with a guy like me. You're perfect and I'm.."

Y/N: "You're amazing, loving, generous, kind-hearted, great in bed ;)"

*He smiles*

"You're stronger than you know and you're one of the best things that's ever happened to me. Thank you for letting me in and showing you the love you're worthy of"

*He doesn't say anything but you see a small tear roll down his cheek*

Y/N: "Oh, Tony.." *you wipe it off with your thumb and caress his face*

Tony: "Wow, that was better than what I was gonna say"

*You look at him a little confused*

*He sits up and takes your hands so you sit up too*

Tony: "Y/N, when I lost Pepper..I never thought I'd let anyone else in, I never thought I was capable of feeling that way about another person again but then I met you"

"You showed me the love I was capable of feeling again and made me feel even more in love with a person than I ever thought I could be"

*You smile softly and start to tear up*

"You make me happier than I ever thought I could be, and if you let me, I will spend the rest of my life trying to make you feel the same way "

"I can't imagine my life without you and I don't want to"

*He pulls out a ring*

"So Y/N Y/L/N, will you marry me?"

Y/N: "Tony Stark... I absolutely will"

*You both smile, wider than ever, he places the ring on your finger and you kiss*
