Part 54 - Loki Stays

Y/N: "I'm sorry they locked you up. I think just based off the last time they saw you.."

Loki: "I understand. Good to see you awake"

Y/N: "Good to be awake!"

"Thanks again for helping me"

Loki: "It's fine. Guess you could say you owe me now"

Y/N: "Um let's not forget why I was there in the first place!"

*He laughs*

Loki: "About that.."

Y/N: "Don't worry, I'm not gonna tell them"

Loki: "Really? Why?"

Y/N: "Because honestly, I think I would have done the same thing. You had no loyalties to me so why not use me as your own scape goat"

"And this" *you gesture to yourself laying in the hospital bed* "wasn't your fault, just my own stubbornness. Plus what they did to you because of me, I.." *you start to get a little choked up* "I guess what I'm trying to say is I'm sorry for what I caused you and I'm grateful you chose to help me escape too"

Loki: "Well you're welcome and..thank you"

*You smile at him*

Y/N: "So, you gonna stick around or?"

Loki: "What here?"

Y/N: "Yeah, here, earth, the compound, why not?"

Loki: "Because your fiancé and everyone else here would kill me?!"

Y/N: "No they won't"

"I tell them you're the reason I'm alive and safe and they won't touch you with a barge pole"

"Trust me, they'll listen to me. I'm secretly in charge here ;)"

Loki: "Now that I can believe"

Y/N: "Plus..I'd like you to stay"

"I pretty much told you my entire life story during that month so can't exactly let you go knowing what you know ;) and I know I've already got one God who's like a brother to me, but it wouldn't hurt to have another.."

Loki: "Well then how can I say no"

*Just then, Steve walks in*

Steve: "What the hell are you doing here?! Y/N are you okay?"

Y/N: "Steve I'm fine, I asked him here. Tony let him out. We're just talking"

Steve: *he looks at Loki* "If you so much as touch a hair on her head"

Y/N: "Steve, stop! I trust him, okay? He's good"

Steve: "Fine."

Y/N: *you look at Loki* "See, told ya ;)"

*He laughs*

Loki: "I'll leave you two to it"

*You smile*
