Part 46 - Saying Goodbye

*You go to yours and Tony's room before you have to leave*

Y/N: "Tony, I'm about to go"

*He doesn't say anything, he just looks at you with tears in his eyes*

Y/N: "Look I know you don't want me to go but I don't want to leave without saying goodbye and it's a lot harder when you won't talk to me"

Tony: "Do you really have to go?"

Y/N: *you sigh* "Tony we've been over this. There's no other way"

Tony: *slightly angry* "But there is!"

Y/N: "Not for me there isn't!"

"Tony how many times have you made the sacrifice play? You can't tell me that if it was you Thanos wanted, you wouldn't go!"

Tony: "But it's not me, it's you!"

Y/N: "So? If the last two years has taught me anything, it's that we protect the world, whatever it takes. And this is what it takes"

"We made this decision yesterday, I thought you were gonna support me?"

Tony: "Well I guess I changed my mind!"

Y/N: "I'm gonna assume you think you're making this easier somehow by getting angry at me but the fact that you don't support my decision just hurts"

Tony: "Yeah well Thanos is gonna do a lot worse to you so get used to it!"

*You look shocked and upset*

Y/N: "You know what! I am gonna make this easier for you!!"

*You pull off the engagement ring and slam it down on the side*

Y/N: "Goodbye Tony!"

*You storm out crying*

*You head downstairs to Thor*

Y/N: *wiping away the tears* "Hey..you ready to go?"

Thor: "Hey yeah I-" *he notices your bloodshot eyes* "everything okay Tremors?"

Y/N: "Fine. Just you know, heading into the hands of a mad man"

Thor: "I really wish you didn't have to do. Guess the least I can do is be there by your side"

Y/N: *under your breath* "At least someone will"

Thor: "What?"

Y/N: "Nothing. Let's just go. I can't do the whole goodbye thing again with everyone"

*You head outside, hold onto Thor and he flies you to the place you have to go*

*Standing in front of you is two of Thanos' sidekicks*

*You turn to Thor*

Y/N: "I guess this is it. Thank you"

Thor: "I'll miss you kid"

*You hug him quickly then turn back round before you start to cry and start walking towards the guy*

Squidward: "You have made the right choice, worthy one. Thanos will be pleased"

Y/N: "I'm not doing this to please him"

*And with that, a portal like tunnel appears and you disappear off with him*

*Thor is left just standing alone on the street. A single tear rolls down his face before he leaves*
