Part 53 - Back Where It Should Be

*You wake up after a couple of hours. Bucky, Nat and Wanda are with you*

Y/N: "Hey"

Nat: "Hey you're awake! How do you feel?"

Y/N: "Like I've been hit by a bus. And I would know"

*Wanda smirks*

Bucky: "Well we're just glad your back home and safe"

Y/N: "Me too. Hey, where's Loki?"

Nat: "Tony and Steve locked him up downstairs"

Y/N: "What? Why?"

Wanda: "Because it's Loki"

Y/N: "But he brought me back here. He helped me"

"I need to talk to Tony. Can you get him for me?"

Bucky: "Yeah course"

*They all head out, find Tony and tell him you want to see him*

*Tony walks in*

Tony: "Oh thank god you're awake"

*He grabs your hand*

"I've missed you so much"

Y/N: "I missed you too"

"And I wanted to say I'm sorry for how we left things. I was mad at you for what you said and-"

Tony: "No no it's me who should apologise. You were right. I was trying to make it easier to watch you leave but to tell the truth, it just made it all that bit harder knowing those could have been our last words"

Y/N: "Well, I'm just glad they weren't our last words to each other. And I know I took the ring off in anger but I also did it so that you'd have something to remember me by, in case..."

Tony: *he pulls it out his pocket*

"And I kept it with me everyday. But now it can go back where it belongs"

*He places it on your finger*

*You kiss*

Y/N: "Tony, I have a question, why is Loki locked up downstairs?"

Tony: "Because it's Loki. How am I supposed to know whether he had anything to do with this or not?" *He gestures to your bruised body*

Y/N: "You really think he'd land me right in front of you if he had anything to do with it? Tony, he saved me. He helped me escape Thanos. I wouldn't be here without him"

Tony: "He still attacked us all last year"

Y/N: "He's changed. I spent a month with him in those cells"

*You pause*

"I built his trust and now you've gone an thrown him in another cell!"

*He just looks at you*

Y/N: "Please let him out. I wanna talk to him"

Tony: "Okay, fine. If you trust him"

Y/N: "I do"

*Tony leaves to get Loki*

*He heads to his cell downstairs*

Loki: "How is she?"

Tony: "She's fine. She wants to talk to you"

Loki: "Ooh you're letting me out?"

Tony: "Only because for some reason she trusts you. And I trust her"

*He lets Loki out and they come up to you*

Loki: "You wanted to see me?"

Y/N: "Hey Loki"

"Tony can you give us a sec?"

*He hesitates*

"I'll be fine"

*Tony leaves*
