(Recap)

“Mitch how does the soup taste,” I interrupt as a smug smile spreads across my face.

“What did you put in it,” he hisses as he spits out his tenth spoonful.

“Are those ugly little, white worms,” I ask self-contentedly, “Called grubs edible.”

“You didn’t,” he whispers as he grabs his stomach and grimaces.

“Have a good night,” I smirk happily, “Grub eater.” Mitch’s face slowly turns green as he sits up and rushes to the woods. A sound of vomiting follows and my grin stretches even wider.

“Payback is a butthole,” I yell over my shoulder as I make my way back to my camp.

“He hasn’t arrived sir,” a man comes and reports to me. I bang my fist angrily on the table making the man in front of me jump.

“When he returns he’ll meet an even uglier fate than Eric,” I swear as I push my seat back angrily and storm to the window. Why did the stupid team have to kill my asset on that plane? All these horrid complications wouldn’t skew my plan. She had what I needed, and now she’s gone. Drat it, maybe my plan isn’t working so well.

I wake up to the a sky filled with bright pinks, yellows, and oranges. Watching a sunrise is something you’ll never forget. I sigh contentedly as I take in the various colors above me. After a couple of minutes of taking in the glorious colors I quickly slip off my clothes and run into the water. The warm water swirls around me and I smile delighted by the feeling of grime being washed away.

I’ve been washing in the water for about ten minutes when an unexpected visitor decides to show up.

“Kate we need to talk about last night,” Mitch yells completely oblivious to the fact that I’m in the water. Once he reaches my bed he looks around confused wondering where I’ve gone. Slowly his eyes land on my clothes strewn at the edge of the water. His gaze slowly shifts to the water.

“Mitch don’t look,” I scream as huddle in the water. His face turns a bright red and he spins around quickly.

“Thanks for the warning Kate,” he yells over his shoulder, “Thank God I didn’t see anything.”

“You should have known I would be taking a bath,” I screech at his back, “What else do girls do in the morning.”

“You saw me coming,” he hisses, “You could have warned me then.”

“I thought you would leave,” I retort as run my hands through my hair, “Before you came over here.”

“Whatever,” is his lame response, “Last night what you did to me was horrendous by the way. My stomach was sick the whole night and I didn’t get any sleep,” he growls in an angry tone.
