{Recap}
“You always catch me off guard,” I say breathlessly as I smile up at him.
“That always happens to me,” Mitch coils a strand of my hair around his finger, “When I look at you.” I feel myself slowly dissolving into the earth beneath my feet.
“You are so theatrical,” I giggle softly as I look at the shining grass beneath my feet.
“I wasn’t joking,” Mitch’s hand slips under my chin again as he lifts my head up, “Your soft smile, big brown eyes, fiery attitude, and bubbly laugh drives me insane,” his voice lowers, “There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you.”
“That’s really...” I smile as my eyes become watery and my voice breaks off, “Oh I don’t want to cry,” I wipe my face.
“I love you tiger,” Mitch lowers his head to mine, “More than you know.”
“I love you too Mitch,” I laugh as I wrap my arms around him, “More than you can imagine.”

“So much for getting food,” Mitch chuckles into my hair.
“Oh no,” I pull away and look around, “We should do that now,” I grab his hand and pull him towards a fruit tree. I reach up into the branches and begin to pick fruit. Mitch sighs boredly and stands in front of me with his hands on his hips.
“Aren’t you going to help,” I cock an eyebrow at him and frown.
“I’ve already finished,” he gives me an adorable smirk as he pokes me in the side.
“I would have too,” I frown playfully, “If someone hadn’t distracted me.”
“Ah...” Mitch sucks in a breath, “I’m just a distraction, not hurtful at all.”
“That’s not what I meant,” I giggle softly.
“What did you mean,” Mitch trails a hand down my arm. The sensation sets my arm on fire and I begin to blush.
“They are waiting for us Mitch,” I gently tug my arm away and shake my head at him.
“They can wait a little longer,” Mitch grins naughtily as he snakes his hand around my neck, his fingers gently brush the back.
“Mitch,” I pull away laughing as I place about an arm’s length of space between us, “I’m serious.”
“I’m serious,” Mitch copies me in a girly voice.
“Really,” I roll my eyes at him.
“Really,” he rolls his eyes and crosses his arms.
“Stop it,” I smack one of his arms and try to stifle a laugh that threatens to erupt.
“Stop it,” Mitch groans in a high-pitched voice.
“Ok I’m done,” I let out my laughs as I pick up my bag filled with sugar apples, “And my voice isn’t that high,” I give him a pointed look as I walk off.
