Ocean Series: The Sea's Golden Sunset

Capítulo 12

After days have passed, they’re both happy for each other especially Georgina who is planning to give him his happiness for the lifetime.

Habang dumadaan ang araw nila ay hindi parin mawawala ang kanilang pagsasama na may kasamang ngiti at mga tawa na nagbibigay kulay sa kanilang relasyon ngayon, although they’re thinking also about their label but they chose not to mind it for now and just go with the flow.

It’s now a sunny afternoon here in Cannary, Charles and Georgina was sitting on the ground with their table cloth being placed on the grass of the cliff. They’re peacefully eating the food  Charles abuela made for them kaya heto sila ngayon nagpapahinga na sa damuhan dahil kakatapos lang nilang kumain.

“What a great day.” Charles said and let out some air from his body, they’re both looking at the view below them.

“Indeed. I’m happy that I’m always with you Darwin, you never failed to make me smile every single day.” She said so Charles looked at her.

“I’m glad about that, honestly, I want to be with you no matter what because with you..i can forget all my stress and problems from my work and you know…my family.” He said and then looked up above the sky.

He remembers his situation in his family, he feels like it was not a great family now to have because all they do is to raise their own pride until they’re bond disappears.

Georgina looked at him, she can saw those sad expressions on his face so she then moved herself towards him and leaned her body on his.

Charles didn’t expect that, but that single move makes him be comfortable at the moment.

“Don’t worry Charles, I will always be with you.” She said so Charles smiled and just caressed her hair.

Silence engulfed them for a moment, trees are swaying calmly because of the soothing air and the sun right now was not that hot because they’re situated underneath a tree.

Georgina was thinking about for a moment, she was thinking about their relationship, she knows that she wants herself to be with him all the time but how can she properly do that if they don’t have a label yet,  so she just sighed and then smiled secretly when a thought came to her mind.

“Darwin?”

“Yeah?”

“How much do you like me?” she asked making him be confused but later on Charles just smiled and closed his eyes for a bit before looking at her.

“A lot Azalei, I like you a lot. You’re my source of happiness, my shoulder to rely on, my sunshine on my darkest day, those things made me really like you Azalei, even if you push me, hurt me, decline me, I still like you no matter what circumstances I will face. I like you more than you like me, but I think...liking you is not what i feel right now.” He said so Georgina frowned and sat properly on the ground, she was looking at him with her confused eyes.

“What?!” she asked him vehemently while frowning.

“I don’t like you Azalei, it’s because..... I love you now.” He said so she had a shock face while looking at him.

Silence fill her mind for a moment, those words just made her heart beat fast, ngayon niya lang narinig ang mga salitang yon mula sa kaniya.
