Tears was still visible on Charles’s red eyes, he’s been like this since morning when he dreamt about Georgina being away with him with blood all over her body and same as him. He gripped on his table as he looked down on th floor while he was sobbing hard.
Charles was still on his office here at Seville and also it’s been a whole week since Valeria and him stayed in a single mansion. Those days were like hell for him, every time he will look at her face grinning and seducing him, he wanted to punch her but his conscience will be ruined if that will happen so he just controlled himself as well as thinking that this is his decision for Georgina to stay safe.
Thankfully no one knocked nor entered his office kaya malaya siyang nagbuhos ng damdamin. He looked up to the ceiling to hold his tears and let out a deep sigh but he failed immediately making him to be weak to stand anymore. His body let him to sat at his own chair and there he continued his crying.
Bakit ang hirap...
Right now, he was just staring coldly at the door in front of him, unbothered and tired. Those precious moments of him and Georgina having a good time at each other played repeatedly at his mind and he can smile sadly but sometimes, leaving a tear at his cheeks.
While he was doing his own thing, a knock on his office door bothered his occupied mind. He looked at it slowly and just took a deep sigh, he tried to get up from his chair and dragged his weak body towards the door.
The continuous knock still lingers on his ears, slowly, his hands grabbed the door knob and twisted it to open the door. Nang bumukas ang pinto ay tumambad ang kaniyang ama sa kaniyang harapan, ang kaninang seryoso niyang mukha ay napalitan na ng pag-aalala dahil sa itsura ng kaniyang anak.
“Mi hijo, como estas?” his father asked him and tried to reach his shoulders but when he did, Charles rudely shook it off and looked at him with his sharp eyes.
Charles turned his back on his father and let out a deep sigh, “What are you doing here?” walang ganang pagtanong niya at nagsimula na lamang lumakad pabalik.
His father followed him inside and took off his coat. He came here because he wanted to see him, it’s been a hard week for his son staying at Valeria and he knows how much he was hiding the anger and pain inside him.
Manuel looked at his son sitting weakly at his own office chair, he walked towards him and stood there facing him. When Charles sensed that his father was silent to utter a word, he spoke while gazing away from him.
“If you’re asking me if I’m fine, then you’re such an idiot.” Manuel froze at where he stands of what he heard from his son’s mouth so pain crossed his eyes all of a sudden.
What was I thinking, siyempre hindi maganda ang lagay ng anak mo Manuel..
“Lo siento.” He just muttered but Charles was still not glancing at him.
“I’m here to see you, it’s been a week since you and Valeria stayed in their mansion, dumagdag yong pag-aalala ko sayo ng makita kitang nanlulumo ngayon…you can tell me what you’re feeling right now mi hijo, I’ll listen.” With that, Charles hands balled into a fist and gritted his teeth with anger inside his heart before facing his father with his watery eyes.
“Kung sasabihin ko ba lahat may magagawa ka ba papá?!” he then stood up and his tone rose with a blue emotion on his face.
“May magagawa kaba sa dinadamdam ko ngayon?! I’m so sick of this papá, hindi mo ba nakikita na nahihirapan ako at tinitiis ang lahat ng ito para lang kay mamà?!” he started to crumble with tears but he tried to stand up even though he can feel his legs trembling.
