THE RECLAIM 3Charles’s eyes was still set on his mother. When Valeria brought her in front of them, he was left with his mind feeling blank completely.
He doesn’t know what to do, he keeps on thinking on how he could save his mother on her hands. “Mamá....” He still called his mother with his voice trembling really hard.
His mother keeps on moving and rushing her body yet she couldn’t get out of their grips. The whole area was still full of commotions, bullets raining all around, men groaning with pain and displeasure, unsure of where it came from kung sa tauhan ba nila o kina Valeria, and loud explosions always followed every bangs of guns.
Georgina casted a glance at him beside her, she clearly knows what he felt right now, pain showed on his eyes, she can also see him tightening his hands as he shivers with fear. With that, she felt doleful towards him to be at this kind of situation where your mother cries for help in front of you but...you can't do anything.
“What? cat got your tongues?” she asked sarcastically before she crossed her arms, gazing at them with brows contracting. Charles averted his gaze towards her and gritted his teeth, anger filling his soul.
“Let her go.” He uttered deeply with his eyes completely darkened.
“Let me repeat what I said Charles....I want to be fair.” The whole place was like nothing between them as tension begins to encircle at where they’re at.
Charles was still gripping his gun at Valeria's mother while Georgina still points at them specifically at her men and back to her. It was a hard to move situation, one decision, one move, can make a great loss here.
“Isa lang naman ang gusto ko eh…I can end this things in a jiffy! At kahit gusto niyo pang bigyan kayo ng kayamanan ay gagawin ko, just please give me back Charles.” She started, eyes begging and pleasing before she looked at Charles.
“Come back to me mi amor.”
“Oh for sake Valeria! Tigilan mo na tong katarantaduhan mo! I can't let myself be with you even if pigs fly! Didn’t you get it?! I have someone now! My life would be at peace if you didn’t barge in!” tumaas na ang boses ni Charles sa kaniya at hinabol nalang ang hininga dahil sa sobrang galit niya.
Valeria fell silent, but a devil-like smirk crept on her face instead. “Ayaw mo? Then I must do this too and beg my condition.” They gasped.
Valeria slowly pointed her gun towards Charles’s mother, pulling the trigger and slowly moved it to her head. “No!” He instantly screamed and was about to step forward when one of her men pointed at him, which means one move of his feet, a bullet will strike.
“Ayan naman pala eh, since we’re fair now..it’s up to us who will surrender.” Hindi alam ni Georgina kung paano mabilis na tumaas ang galit at irita sa kaniyang mukha, basta ng marinig niya iyon ay kumuyom ang kaniyang mga kamao at binigyan si Valeria ng isang malalim na tingin.
They both looked at Rosanna, kneeling on the floor, letting out some tears of fear as she look at them. “Go on, I’ll give you time to think Charles…bahala na kayo kung papatayin niyo siya basta hinding-hindi ako susuko na makuha ang gusto ko.”
“Nababaliw ka na talaga Valeria.” Her eyes glowered at Georgina who is now chuckling sarcastically.
“Kahit pagmamahal ng ina mo ay hindi mo dinamdam para lang unahin ang kabaliwan mo sa buhay Valeria...ibang klase ks talaga….hindi ka ba makakita ng ibang lalaking mamahalin mo?! Bakit ang lalaki ko pa! hah?! napaka tanga mo kahit kailan!”
