Mary bit her lip, an inner battle in her head. Ivy who was sat next to her, discreetly placed one of her hands on the purple eyed girl's one. Mary knew some of the past but she would know all of it now. Terra interlocked her fingers as her eyes caught the exchange between the two, "Can someone please tell me what is going on." She growled, her jaw clenched.

Ryan shook his head, "Let's get back on the main concern here." Nora nodded, "We need to visit the president." She said. Outside, the moon slowly started coming up and the room started going dim. The light casting a creepy glow on the figures.

"How are we going to do that?" Ally asked, "We can't all go. They'd see it as a threat." Ryan's brown eyes trailed over to Conner's form and everyone followed his line of sight. "What?" Conner asked, his green eyes glaring at the male.

"You have the ability to teleport, correct?" Ryan asked but he already knew the answer and therefore continued speaking, "You and I will be going together first. Try to let them see our side and the truth." Ally hummed, her icy eyes in thought, "How are you going to convince them? That's the question." Ryan pointed at his daughter, "I need her."

The way he spoke about Terra made Sylvester angry and sad. He didn't sound like he cared about her physical or mental state, it rubbed him the wrong way. His thoughts on her did a complete one eighty when he found out that she was herself dying yet she guided him to her creator. She allowed him to decide his fate even though she warned him of the consequence. It made him feel sympathy for her, she's gone through so much and he cannot fathom how much pain she experienced.

"Alright." Terra nodded, no emotion on her face, she was used to the way he acknowledged her. If she needed to go through more pain to safe a handful or more of lives she would. "What do I need to do?" Ryan smirked and smacked his hands on the table, creating a soft bang.

"We need to first monitor how your brain reacts to you using your other half." He left the room, his voice rambling through the lab. "Terra can we talk." Ally nodded to the exit and Terra hesitated. With a roll of her eyes Ally walked out, "Do you think this is a good idea?" Tan asked the raven haired girl quietly. Her orbs locked onto his, "We need to save those people."

Those were her last words before she pushed her chair back and followed the white strands. The girls leaned against a wall on opposite sides, their bodies ready in case something broke out. "What do you want?" A cold voice left ruby lips and the atmosphere made the two even more on guard.

Ally pursed her lips before crossing her arms, "I just wanted to apologize." That sentence erased any negative feelings in the air and instead the true nature of the young women came out. "Did you just-" Terra mumbled in confusion as her body got off the wall. Memories of their interactions stirring in both their minds.

"Don't make me say it again. You heard what I said." A tiny smile came upon Terra's face, "Wow." She teased, "You're apologizing?" A chuckle bubbling. "It's okay Ally. We all do things to make sure we get through to the next day." Respect blossomed in each of the girls. Ally nodded, "You've been through a lot Terra." "All of us have." Terra's hand came up to give a firm shake, "Even though we've never seen eye to eye Ally, I have your back."

Ally gave a small smile, "Same here."

Terra stood in the middle, a strange helmet on her head, "This monitors your brain activity." Ryan informed the group, an object in his hands, "I will be able to see what happens using this." Tan looked over at the strange contraption, "Do you use that to speak with the government?" The question came to his head quickly and he just decided to let it free. "A tablet." Ryan hummed as he kept his eyes trained on the device.

"Alright everything should be in order." Sylvester side eyed the man. "Terra. Commence." All the eyes now moving to the figure in front of them, their faces focused and serious. The young girl breathed out before she slowly lifted her hands, her orbs turning a little more grey.
