Sylvester paced up and down, his anxiety punching him over and over again. "Good, you're here," He commented once Ryan stepped out of the room, "Nora and the children are gone. I checked on Conner about half an hour ago and when I didn't get a response, I entered. He wasn't there so I obviously then went to Nora and once I saw she too was missing. I concluded...they're gone."
Ryan swore and rubbed a hand on his forehead, "They're going after Terra." Sylvester stopped moving and stared at the other with wide eyes, "We have to find them before Zion does." The raven-haired male scoffed and shook his head, "At this moment I don't care whether he does or not. They lied to me, they were giving Terra doses of the virus."
A sharp gasp of disbelief left the nearly blind man's mouth, "That poor girl." Sylvester whispered in sadness. "I remember how Terra was when she was younger and I had given her the cure. She was crazy for the first couple of years, the anger I had seen in her and the stone face. You couldn't control her and that's when I had tried different methods, one which meant to torture her, in hope that she would listen to me."
Ryan leaned back against the closed door with a broken look, "Since she ran away, she has calmed down but now that they have been injecting her there is an imbalance between the cure and virus. The girl I had tried to get rid of is probably back and looking for people to unleash it on."
"Then what do we do?" Sylvester asked in fear. Ryan had never hated himself more than he did at this moment and the words he never wished to come out of his mouth, slipped out, "I don't know." Both men sighed in exasperation at the situation and Sylvester went over to the other father, both of them slid to the ground.

Meanwhile, the group that could hold the key to fixing the main concern was running down the different halls. Nora was still to be found but they weren't that bothered as no one would harm such a wonderful woman as herself and besides there were more pressing matters at hand. Speaking of, the team finally seemed to make it to their destination as Ambrose halted in his step, "On our left." He turned in the direction he had just spoken of and the others did the same.
"Dad!" Conner yelled as soon as he saw his old man and his father stood up quickly, embracing his child within his arms.
"Conner where have you been?" He asked him quickly, holding him out at arm's length. "We went after Terra, she..." Conner shook his head and instead moved back to pull out the paper he had tucked in the pocket of his pants, "We found this in the lab downstairs."
Before Sylvester could touch it, Ryan jumped to his feet and snatched the paper out of his grip. His eyes examined the words written in front of him carefully and with concentration. A groan of anger left him as he spun around and pushed open the door, the white sheet clutched tightly in his hand.
Zion quickly wiped the tears from his eyes and turned back to his facade, "When were you going to tell me about this?!"
Ryan shouted in anger and disbelief, "I have no clue of what you're talking about." His brows furrowed in frustration, he wasn't used to being talked down to and especially not used to people who worked for him telling him he was wrong.
Ryan slammed the hand which held the sheet on the table, "You have been working on another cure." The president let out an oh and nodded his head, "Of course we have. The scientists have used your cure and added a few other variants to make what we now call C2. An upgrade to yours." The raven-haired clenched his jaw.
"Dad." Ambrose spoke, entering the room and Zion's eyes widened, "What are you doing here?!" He hissed, "It's not safe, you need to go back to your room." The blonde teen shook his head, "I know about everything dad," Zion's body deflated a bit, "How could you?" The group watched the interaction, feeling sympathy for the young man in front of them.
"I-I..." Zion stuttered, trying to get words out but Ally stopped him from failing, "Sorry to break this up but we have more pressing matters at hand. Terra is coming to kill you." With that, Zion collapsed to the ground, as if his body had just given up. "Don't worry, she'll have to get past me first." Ally laughed, slapping her hand on her knee and the movements made Ambrose frown, "You? Stop her? You'll be dead before you even notice she's there."
"It's true. Terra is very good on her feet. If we have any chance at stopping her, we need to all work together." His commanding side started to shine through, "We need to come up with a plan but first we need that cure."
