"I need all the information on C2," Ryan spoke, sitting up straight on the president's chair, no one seemed to notice and Zion had a more crucial thing to worry about, "My cure won't do anything for her because before the two were in balance and now one is more dominant. So if this upgrade to the cure is truly remarkable, then we need to hold her down and get it in as quick as possible."

Tan rubbed his forehead with the tips of his hand, they were all anxious, "Easier said than done," He scoffed and placed his hands on the back of the chair Ivy was sat on, "She almost killed Zack." Sylvester tried to calm his breathing, "Terra doesn't remember who we are. So how are we going to stall her?" Tan finished.

Conner stood up tall, "We'll figure it out when the time comes," He waved it off, "The important thing right now is finding out exactly where she is and hopefully keep her out of this area until Ryan is ready." Ally looked to him and nodded, agreeing. Zack tilted his head in thought, "The last I saw her I was in a hallway downstairs?" "Do you remember any distinctive features of the hallway, maybe we can pinpoint exactly where that is." Ryan questioned him. Zack shook his head after a few seconds of staring down at his lap.

The door burst open causing Ambrose to raise a blade in his hands, Ivy's hands scorched with fire and Ally's held lightning. "Calm down everyone," Zion voiced out, "That's my lead scientist, Scarlett." Scarlett gulped and walked in carefully with her hands raised in surrender. "Zion, Maria is dead." Ambrose let his hands fall limp, his blade disappearing as he bathed in the news.

"So are all the scientists and half the soldiers." She kept talking, moving further into the room after shutting the door, "I managed to escape." Ally chuckled without humour, "You mean you left all your friends to die to save yourself." Scarlett didn't let that comment faze her, "All of us in this room has killed people so that we can survive. Don't act holy, we're all selfish." Ryan decided to defend her even though she didn't deserve it from him, not after what she did.

There was an awkward silence for a few seconds before Ryan decided it was enough messing around, "Scarlett I need you to tell me everything about C2." Scarlett's lip twitched up, "I can do something better." She rummaged in her lab coat before pulling out a needle, an orange liquid flowing inside it without a care. "I managed to snag this when Terra was occupied with the guards."

Ryan got up slowly, walking towards her. The room watched the interaction as the raven-haired man lifted his hand and ever so delicately took the object from her. "You may have just saved us all," His fingers closed around the small saviour tightly, "Alright everyone, we have the first step complete. Time to move to the next, capturing my daughter."

Terra hummed a tune as she leisurely strolled down the halls, her fingers playing with a dagger. "Oh, Mr president where are you?!" She shouted and after let out a giggle. An idea came to her and she smirked to herself, turning direction, "In a place like this, there must be cameras."

She continued her walk but kept her eyes training the area for guards which she hadn't killed. "Perhaps one of you could help me in locating the whereabouts of the security room." Her words came out comforting but it wasn't anything of the sort, "Come on, I can feel your presence." With that she spun on her heels and threw her weapon, a sharp intake of breath filled the area.

The male was accompanied by a frail-looking woman and she took notice of that, Terra laughed. "Why are the elderly in a place like this? They should've been dead already." Grey-blue eyes shined with confusion and sadness, "Terra? It's me, Nora." Terra's face frowned, "I don't know a Nora."

Nora's face glimmered with fear, "We need to get out of here." She whispered hurriedly to the man standing next to her. "I'm afraid that's not going to happen. See I'm looking for someone and I need you to show me exactly where he is." Terra started explaining herself, stepping towards them. The soldier started to panic, he lifted his gun with haste but just as fast as it was shown, it fell.

He swallowed loudly as he studied the ball of metal lying by his feet, "Tell me where he is." The man glued himself to the wall at the lack of space between him and the female, she was so close he could feel her breath on his face. "W-who?" He asked with a stutter, making the female glare.

"The president." She snarled, slamming her hand on the wall next to his head. "I-" "Yes." The grey-eyed girl cut him off staring intensely at the male, "I can't tell you that." The man refused, sticking to what he was hired and protected for. Terra having enough with this slow talk, wrapped her hand around the handle of the dagger embedded in the wall.

"I suggest you hurry up and tell me," Her hand pulled the dagger out harshly and the man closed his eyes, "Before I engrave your skin." Having enough of the torturous feelings, the soldier was about to speak up but was beat by Nora. "I know where he is. I'll take you there," The elderly woman held out a hand to show she wasn't a threat, "Just leave this man alone."

Terra tilted her head towards the other, smiled and before all three of them could blink, sliced the man's throat. Choking on his own blood the man slowly collapsed to the tiled floor. "Shall we...Nora." Terra watched the shocked woman with no change in her facial expression, the sputtering man clawing at her feet.
