Yumi's POV:
Ngayong araw ang schedule ko sa ultrasound at nakakatuwang pagmasadan ang excitement na pinapakita ni Paolo.
"So are you guys ready to see your baby for the first time?" Tanong ni Doc.
"Yes.. We're actually super excited Doc.." Sagot ni Paolo.
"Are you first time parents?" Tanong ni Doc.
Parehas kaming tumango ni Paolo.
"Yeah.. This will be our first baby.." Sagot ko.
The doctor smiled and started checking my belly.
"Alright.. Let's check this baby.." Sagot niya.
Nilagyan niya ng KY Jelly ang tiyan ko then started using an apparatus t check on our baby. She placed it on my belly at pinaikot-ikot until she located the heartbeat.
"Alright Mama and Papa.. Listen to your baby's heartbeat.." The doctor said.
Paolo and I became quite and waited to hear something. When the machine gave us our baby's heartbeat, it was like love at first sight.
"Pao.." Tawag ko sa lalaking hawak-hawak ang kamay ko.
He looked at me.
"That's our baby Yums.. Ours.." Sagot niya.
Tumango ako at hindi ko alam kung bakit ako naiiyak. Siguro dahil medyo magulo ang hormones ko as of the moment.
Pregnancy hormones is crazy...
"Wait!" Tawag ng doctor namin.
Paolo and I both looked at her.
"What's wrong Doc?" Tanong ni Paolo.
"I can see.. two heatbeats!" Sagot niya.
Gulat kaming nagtinginan ni Paolo ng narinig namin ang sinabi niya.
"Are you saying that.. we're expecting twins?" Tanong ko.
The doctor looked at me.
"Do you have a twin sister or brother?" Tanong niya sa akin.
Umiling ako bilang sagot.
"I do.." Sagot ni Paolo.
The doctor looked at him.
"You have a twin?" Tanong niya.
Tumango si Paolo.
"I have a twin sister.." Sagot niya.
"Oh.. That's why.. You guys are expecting twins.." Sagot ni Doc.
Oh no!
Paolo smiled.
"Not bad for first time parents, right?" Sagot ni Paolo.
Our doctor laughed.
"You'll have your hands full once your babies are out.." Sagot ni Doc.

Tulala pa rin ako pagkatapos ng check up ko. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala na kambal ang magiging anak ko.
"So.. paano?" Tanong ko kay Paolo.
He looked at me.
"Anong paano?" Tanong niya.
"We're expecting twins.. So paano?" Tanong ko.
"Edi.. let's help each other.. Saan mo ba gustong mag settle? Dito o sa Pilipinas?" Tanong niya.
