CHAPTER 37
CHRISTI'S POV
Wow, these girls really knew how to make me laugh! We were sitting in Starbucks with Eleanor, Perrie and Spencer and we were telling each other our funniest fan stories.
''-And then she just practically jumped on me and yelled 'I LOVE YOU PERRIEEEE'!''
Perrie finished her story. We were all cracking up by now, I was laughing so hard I was clutching on my stomach to decrease the slight pain that the laughing caused. Spencer drank the last sip of her drink and I paid the bill, causing the other girls to complain. I just shook my head, laughing, as we left Starbucks.
As we were just about to leave the mall and head home, I saw a poster with purple glittering letters, glued for the front glass of a store. I stopped for a second to check it out. It was some sort of promotion for a three days trip to Paris for two. I thought about it for a bit. Well, it was true Niall and I could use some relaxation...We were both kinda stressed and Niall did say they were having a one week break from rehearsals next week. I told the girls to wait for a second and I walked in the store.
The cashier told me the details and stuff. It was a good offer. Suddenly, my inner light bulb lit up. This could be my birthday gift for Niall! Since I didn't get him anything last year...This could make it up! Three days of paradise, just the two of us! It would be a hell of a good gift! I grinned and gave her my credit card since it wasn't an amount of cash I bring in my wallet. I just had to talk to both of our managers. I knew Simon would say yes, but Ebbonie...I was hoping.
I went back to the girls and told them about my plan to suprise Niall with the trip to Paris. They all thought it was very cute and romantic.
''Awww that's adorablee!'' Perrie hugged me.
''Niall's going to love it!'' Eleanor squealed.
''It's the best birthday present ever!'' Spencer joined our group hug.
When we all finally calmed down, the girls headed to their flats. I didn't feel like walking so I just called a taxi. I gave the driver the adress to Niall's place, since I moved in with him again few days ago. Suprisingly, my parents didn't hesitate to say yes. Few minutes later, I was in front of Niall's flat, thinking should I tell him about Paris or not. I decided to keep it a suprise. I knocked few times, not being able to use my key because of the amount of bags that were in my hands. Niall opened the door. When he saw me, he smiled and helped me in. But there was something wrong with his smile. It was fake. I could sense something was wrong. But what? Everything was perfectly fine when I left him here this morning. What could go wrong? I colapsed on the couch right next to Niall.
''Hey Nialler!'' I chirped happily.
''Hey Chris...'' That fake smile again. My grin faded and I rested my hand on his cheek.
''What's wrong baby?'' I asked softly.
''Nothing...uh...I just uh I'm just a bit sleepy that's all.''
