"Wh-what are you-" Raijin quickly backed away when she heard that, her face turning red as she glanced away from me.
"Ah. Forgive me, your eyes just looked so sparkly." I spoke without hesitation once more, and I felt my face turn red again.
"Ignore me, just please ignore me. Save me from this pain... " I quickly covered my embarrassed face as the prince laughed in the background.
"Ahahahahaha! I can't fuckin believe it! You look so dumb!" Raijin laughed and pointed at me.
"Shut up, just shut up-" I grumbled, turning away from her and pouting.
"Dumbass." I cursed under my breath, huffing as I heard squeaking behind me, presumably from Raijin crawling over.
"Hah? I'm the dumbass here?? I didn't even do anything!" She exclaimed, staring down at me as she had sat down and folded her hands.
"Whatever." I rolled my eyes.
"Hey… You know, I'm really jealous of your long hair... " Raijin started, taking some of my brown hair and putting it close to her nose.
"Why would you say that so randomly?" I turned back at her, blinking as I saw her stare longingly at my long hair.
"I just… Kinda noticed you know? Your hair looks so good when it's in bed… It just covers the whole thing, can you believe it? You have such long hair that it goes below your waist… I remember the times where Shukona kept on stepping on her hair if she didn't tie it up…" Raijin chuckled for a while, still staring at my hair.
"And? What does that have to do with anything? I'm honestly confused on why you would talk about it." I asked her.
"It's just…! Ugh, listen, I want long hair. I want to put it in braids or even with twin tails too… But I can't. Best I can do is a ponytail with my hair and it doesn't even look good…" Raijin whined, staring at my braids as she kept on playing with my hair.
"Ah, I see. You can't make your hair longer due to you supposed to be a boy, yes?" I asked, and she nodded sadly.
"Yea. I wanna wear dresses too… But I know I need to seem like a guy, or else most of the countries wouldn't trade with us, or worse, a civil war would ensue…" She bit her lip.
"For a woman to be crowned! How disgusting!!" She acted out, yelling as she slammed her fist on the soft mattress.
"It's just… Dumb…" She grumbled, I stared at her with my usual blank look. But it altered, something inside me melted, and I changed it to a look of pity.
"It's fine. Being reincarnated in the medieval times where most women aren't appreciated is tough. I'm sure you'll make a great king, if you get a lot of achievements then you reveal you were actually a girl, more people would trust you than just openly saying so now. It might be cruel… But in this world, that's just the truth." As if my body moved on its own, I hugged Raijin with a pat on the back.
Raijin nodded for a bit and laughed nervously.
"Yea, sorry for acting weird all of a sudden. Man! I totally ruined the mood!" She chuckled, hugging me back.
"Hm, why am I hugging you?" I blurted out.
"H-hah?? Why are you asking me that?!" Raijin yelled out.
"Oh, no, that was me asking myself." I shook my head and slowly pulled away from the hug.
As soon as I pulled away, a picture flashed in my face which made me gasp.
It was a CG of that wolf, Yuutsu, kissing what I presume to be Yasachu's hand as the light of the day shined on them. And on the background was just a stone wall.

"What in the world…" I gasped once more, my eyes wide open.
"Huh? Nika? Are you okay??" Raijin asked me in concern.
"Why does… Why does Kurogane have a CG? An event? No no, at the introductions she didn't have a CG… Wait no, there is no way… She doesn't have a role in this, she's just Miss tutorial… A background character that doesn't matter in the plot, no no, this can't be happening…? 10 capture targets...?" I started to ramble, my breathing started to get heavier. My eyesight started to get blurry again…
"I need to plan this, I need to write this down-" I heard some muffled voices, but I didn't care about it right now, I started to take the notebook that I had put on the table beside the bed and started to write things down.
"HEY!! LISTEN TO ME YOU LITTLE SHIT!!" A loud roar ringed through my ears, Raijin grabbed my collar and clenched it with her fists.
With my surprise, I dropped my pen and stared at Raijin with a blank face, the blur was gone, my breathing was normal.
"What… Was that…?" I asked myself.
"How the hell would I know?! You suddenly started to ignore me and your face was super fuckin pale!! I mean, you are already pale but you started to get paler!" She exclaimed, now letting go of me.
"I… I don't know, I just… Suddenly I… I don't know…" That was all I could say, because I truly didn't know what happened to me. My mind was just blank at the moment…
And I couldn't say anything.
"..." I stared at Raijin's hands, silent.
"Ah… Shit, that was probably the in game Nikami..." Raijin started talking, playing with her cape.
"Huh? What do you mean? Would she have done this?" I asked her, looking up at Raijin as I did so.
"Well, you haven't gone through her route right? You only have completed the game with Raijin's route… Luckily, I have, and I know what she is like… Nikami is a planning freak, she wants everything to go her way, and when something happens that wasn't in her plan she silently breaks down and writes everything she could think of. When the war of the demons came, she shut herself inside her room almost for a week without food or water... " Raijin explained to me, and I listened.
"I see… So that is why that happened…" I sighed to myself, looking down.
"I'm really turning into her… How irritating… And I don't even know much about that girl... " I grumbled, narrowing my eyes at the bed.
"Okay, now that shit is done, you gotta explain what in the world you just said! CG? Kurogane? 10 Capture targets?" Raijin demanded. Now starting to ask the questions.
"Okay, I have a strange ability… You do know what CGs are right? They are graphics that support what is happening in the visual novel… And somehow, I can see them… The world I see could flash into a drawn version of it and I don't know why… Even from a far, I could see it… I even saw myself once from the eyes of Yasachu. The main character." I quickly explained to Raijin, and she blinked.
"Seriously?! Was that happening all your life or did it just happen now??" She asked.
"Ever since I saw the protagonist, I started to see these CG flashes in my eyes… And everytime the protagonist sees a capture target a CG appears right? It was strange since Kurogane was supposed to be just miss tutorial in the game, to help the main character, and I don't remember you saying that there was more secret targets… You only said me and Shukona, and not that masked lady, your teacher, and… Just now… Kurogane." I rambled on once more, leaving Raijin's jaw dropping as she listened to what I just said.
