Extra 2: Their First Meeting

Haiki POV
I walked with.... That woman towards my new school
"This woman.... Why would she make me and my dad move to another town?! Now I don't know anyone here!" I sighed frustratingly while walking with her.
"Don't sigh like that! Come on wouldn't it be fun to meet new friends!" That woman giggled
I looked up at her
"I don't care! Why did you even go with me?! I can go all by myself!" I yelled at her
"Haiki.... I know your a bit mad at me because I'm only your step mom but.... Please understand...."
"Tsk, whatever."
She laughed a bit
"huh?! Whats so funny?!"
"Well its so cute that you act so tough!" She pat me on the head
"He-hey! I am tough!"
"Yeep! As if a 6 year old can beat a 30 year old!" She laughs at me
"Shu-shut up!"
We finally arrived at my new school
"Ehehe! Okay... This is where I leave! I still have work!" She waved good bye at me
"Ugh... Whatever... " I turn my back on her
"She is so annoying...." I sighed as I walked in my new school and then look at the paper that woman gave me, and proceeded to go to my new classroom.

I was greeted by a bunch of kids playing around.... But there was one girl who stood out from the rest... When I saw her, I felt like I was struck by lightning....
There she was near the window the wind blowing through her beautiful brown hair. She had a gentle aura around her.... She was Like... The sun....
"How... Beautiful... Wait wait?! What am I thinking?!" I snapped out of it and sighed I didn't know my face was burning up.... I was curious what this feeling was in my chest... I couldn't help but be curious though.... To who that girl is...?
I sat in my seat. And silently hoping that she would talk to me... And I found myself secretly glancing at her.
At one moment our eyes met.... I felt my face warm up and turn red. The smiled at me and goes up to me waving
"Hiiiii! I haven't seen you here before! Are you new in town?" She asked me with a very cute and sweet voice
"Ye-yea. I'm new here...." I said to her
She giggles and sat down next to me
"So so so! Whats your name? My name is Hameru Matasoto!" She smiles brightly to me.... It was so bright it could give me energy for weeks....
"My name is Haiki Guriin.... Yea..." I kept staring at her face
"Ooh! Nice to meet you Haiki! Wanna be best friends?"
"E-eh?! We jus-just met though...." I looked at her, confused
"But.... I feel like you and me are so alike!" She giggles
"Seriously...? Oh well... I guess we could be best friends..." I smiled a bit
"Yay! I'm so happy!" She hugs me
I smiled at her and hugs her back
"....I'll protect you." I whispered to myself
"I don't mind spending my whole life with this girl.... Why... Would I think that..? Oh well!" I giggled
What I didn't know back then that she already took my heart.... But I'm fine with it. I already promised myself that I'll protect you..... My Princess.
