"Columbia or Dartmouth? I know you're into both but which one are you leaning more towards?" Andrea asked me.

Yep, we're in school. DURING THE SUMMER!

"Honestly, Columbia more, Andromeda," I laughed. "NO!!! ONLY MY GRANDPARENTS AND FATHER CALL ME THAT! NO!" Andrea hit me with her clipboard

Yes, Andrea's full name is Andromeda. I only know that because of the sleepover I had there last year.

"Call me that again..."

"Okay I won't, I promise to never call you Andromeda again for as long as I shall live," I muttered. "Why you asking?"

"Fundraisers and stuff that look good on the application," Andrea explained. "I mean my parents want me in either Columbia or Dartmouth, I wanna go for what you're going for to impress my dad but law is my calling."

"Really?"

"Yeah, I'm good at arguing, imagine me in a courtroom," she giggled.

"Now I know who to hire when I murder Tristan," I laughed. "Yes, he's a dick but he's my ex-boyfriend..."

"Who's an asshole," I pointed out.

We walked up to the notice board. "Give me your pen," Andrea held out her hand. "Why?" I handed it to her. "Andrea!"

"I know what classes you need, you don't and your handwriting is easy to copy," Andrea said happily. "Anyway, I'm heading to help build a house tomorrow, you should come."

"Application?"

"Yes and also you're good at building stuff," Andrea smirked before walking off. "Yeah! Out of LEGOs!" I shouted before running after her.

"We're going to have to eat quickly, Richard is on an early flight in the morning," Grandma told us as we arrived to the door.

"How many students are building this stupid house?" I asked Rory. "Too many," she sighed. We sat down at the table and began to eat our salads.

"Why did you start?" Grandpa came into the room. "Because you have a flight," Grandma told him. "At six o clock."

"I do?" Grandpa had a slight smirk on his face, then Grandma got the hint. "That isn't funny, Richard."

"Rory, a word?" Grandpa headed outside and Rory followed him outside. It was very quiet and Mom tried to make conversation with Grandma but she wasn't interested.

"Heather!" Grandpa called me. "Coming!" I leapt up from the table to escape the awkwardness.

"What's up?" I asked Grandpa and Rory. "It's called saving you," Rory laughed and hugged me.

"It was too quiet and awkward for my liking."

Turns out Grandma did not react well to the news of Mom getting married and by not well, I mean not at all.

She hardly said a word, which baffled Mom. Rory and I tried to take her to Luke's to cheer her up.

"Rant meal with extra cheese," I pointed at Mom as a sat down. "I'll just have the acceptance meal," Mom sighed. "This is not something to be accepted, you need to rant," I told her.

"Wait, what's going on?" Luke frowned. "Just family drama, no big deal," Mom dismissed it. "It is a big deal," Rory piped up.

"I told my mother about me getting married and it didn't go well," Mom admitted.

"Hmm, yep," Luke muttered. "Nothing like a wedding to screw up a family."

"In my case nothing like a family to screw up a family.."
