Hindi ako mapakali. I waited 'til it is midnight, bago ako nag lakad lakad sa mga kalsada papunta sa bahay nila Andrea. Medyo malayo na 'to, pero kailangan. I am leaving this country, kailangan ko munang ayusin ang sitwasyon ko.
After hours of walking, I saw the large clock at the plaza, it's 3 am. I hope magising si Andrea. Nandito na rin ako sa kanila. Inakyat ko ang likod ng bahay nila, at tumapat ako sa bintana ng kwarto niya.
"Dre! Dre!" sigaw ko sa pabulong na paraan.
"Dre si Zai 'to! Gising!" I still tried. Maya maya, unti unti siyang nagigising. She saw me at the window, at first she was scared and I understand that. Punit punit, puro sugat at magulo ang buhok ko. But then when she turned the lights on, she realized it was me. She ran towards the window and immediately pulled me inside. Ni-lock din niya ang kwarto niya.
"Zai! Anong nangyari sa 'yo?! Bakit ganyan?!" her voice is slowly raising. I signed her na dapat mahina lang ang boses namin.
"Okay, I need you to calm down okay?" pabulong ko lang. Medyo hinihingal pa at mabilis ang pag sasalita ko, dahil sa pagod at nerbyos. She nodded and let out heavy breaths before she listened to me.
Huminga rin ako ng malalim bago nag simula.
"My sister got me back at the school when I was alone, I don't know who gave her information. She brought me home, and they're trying to torture me. But I escaped, unfortunately the door creaked and it alarmed them. Now, police officers are after me, my parents are powerful so whatever I say, I am ending up in jail unless I go back to them," I said quickly.
Halata sa kaniyang naguguluhan pa siya. She stopped for a while, looked away, until everything is sinking in her system.
"So what are you going to do?" she asked worriedly.
I sighed.
"I need to leave the country," I said which shocked her.
