Dazed and confused - (Benny/Pink)

Everything is always guys

"Luna" I heard a whisper in my ear but I didn't want to open my eyes yet. Felt someone shake my shoulders
       "I got to get going babe." I opened my eyes looking at pink hovering over me, I nodded and he kissed my forehead.
      "I'll see ya later" he said before going downstairs and sneaking out. Wednesday morning and I don't have to work, I wish I could stay in bed all day but I don't want to waste my summer. I rolled over to look at the clock
      "9:30" I said and yawned. I got up and stretched taking a look in the mirror to see that I needed a shower. I quickly did my bed and got in the shower remembering I'm going out with Pink tonight. Just the thought of him gave me butterflies in my stomach, and yes it's corny but I really don't care. Stepping in the shower I relaxed under the warmth of the hot water washing last nights memories. I felt so safe with Pink and I can't get enough of the way he looks at me. I found myself smiling and felt stupid, I hopped out the shower and changed. Wasting no more time I was sat in front of the mirror doing my makeup when my phone rang.
      "Hello" I said while applying some mascara.
"Hey Luna it's Kaye" I put the mascara down and grabbed the blush.
        "Hey girl how's it going ?, Mitch told me you left with Jodie last night" I said remembering he said she was really upset.
     "Yeah and I got to thinking all you guys ever talk about is guys, everything is always guys. Like going to watch guys do whatever and get ready" I was caught of guard by her and soon a confused expression was on my face.
    "What the hell are you talking about, girl ?" I said standing up and liking how my make up turned out.
    "I'm just saying isn't it stupid how you guys are fighting over a guy I mean there's better things to do really" I laughed at her comment.
     "If your implying that everything I do is for a guys attention don't. I get ready for myself, trust me I have respect for myself and I get where your coming from it is stupid I really do wish this wasn't happening trust me" I said getting tired of this repeated conversation.
      "I'm sorry Luna I'm just in the middle of all this man, how about I come over and then we can head to Jodie's house to talk" I looked at the clock, it's 10:15 now.
     "Yeah sure" I said with a hand on my hip.
"Cool, I'm going to split I'll see you in a bit" she said and I said bye hanging up the phone. I hope Julie will want to talk so we can at least be cool even though things between us are fucked. I got dressed and laid in bed waiting for Kaye to come. Another ring came from my phone and I was so lazy to get up and get it.
      "It's Luna" I said looking out the window seeing if Kaye's car was approaching.
    "Don't sound so happy now" I quickly smiled hearing Pink's voice coming from the other line.
   "I'm sorry babe I'm just waiting on Kaye to come by, I agreed to go with her to Jodie's house" I said twisting the phone cord.
      "It's alright doll, look it'll all be alright how about I meet you at Pickford's house after. Some of the guys going over to hang out for a bit" he said and I agreed.
      "Yeah I got a little surprise for you later" I said smirking.
     "Oh yeah ? What is it huh ?" He said and I rolled my eyes laughing.
     "How about we skip that dinner and go up to the hills and get something to eat" I said.
     "I like the sound of that Luna, but please don't tease me anymore today I won't be able to take it" he said and you both laughed.
      "You know the guys were all making comments about how good you looked last night" was Pink jealous you thought.
    "You're upset" I said hearing his tone of voice change.
     "I know it's all fun and games. They said you looked hot in that lace top last night, they weren't lying" he said and you felt a blush creep onto your cheeks.
     "It's okay Pink there just jealous you can do things to me they can only imagine to do" I said and I heard Pink's breathe hitch.
     "Yeah like what ? Please refresh my memory doll" he said. A honk came from outside and I saw Kaye's car on the curb.
     "I got to get going but how about I show you tonight instead" I said.
     "You fucking tease" he said laughing and I was smiling like dork.
      "Later Pink" l said quickly knowing she was waiting for me.
      "Alright babe I'll see you" he said and I grabbed my bag and went downstairs. I didn't bother saying bye to my mom knowing she wasn't home, she was working early at the hospital and wouldn't be home till later.
     "Hi" I said getting into Kaye's car and closing the door as she started driving off. The good thing about all of us is that we lived close to each other.
   "I called Jodie and told her we were coming over so she wouldn't be surprised when we got there. I just can't stop thinking about what will happen" I laughed noticing how nervous she was.
    "Yeah that's it stop overthinking it so much" I said and she laughed rolling her eyes. The car ride consisted of me and her talking shit about the party last night and her mentioning the comment Benny made about me.
     "Yeah he was like she looks so hot in that lace top" no wonder Pink was upset.
     "What Pink say ?" I asked knowing if I asked Pink himself he wouldn't tell me.
      "He was all like 'that's my girl ain't she pretty you could've had that if you didn't fuck up' something like that but Benny just laughed and walked away" she said and I was kinda taken back by the whole thing.
     "They didn't argue I later saw them talking" she said and before we knew it we made it to Jodie's house. Outside was Mitch and Julie sitting on the grass
    "Hello lovers" I said approaching them. Mitch pinched his nose and laughed while Julie was blushing.
      "Man don't embarrass me,Jodie's inside her room" he said me and Kaye laughed and walked inside, me obliviously following behind. I could hear what seems to be Shavonne's voice, I didn't know she would be here.Kaye opened the door and there sat Jodie and Shavonne talking
"Girls" Kaye said.
