Dazed and confused - (Benny/Pink)

" Mornin', Coach " Don said as they approached the coach who was sitting in his truck.
" So what the hell's goin' on? Why am I gettin' wake up calls from the cops? " the coach said clearly upset. " Oh, that was nothin'. They just left " Don said trying to make the coach stop asking questions
" False alarm coach" Pink added
" Come here, Randy. Come here. " the coach said as Pink got closer to him
"You been out with those losers all night? " he said pointing over at us, was he not aware we could here him clearly.
"Hey, Coach Conrad. Remember me? Second period gym class? " Slater said and I couldn't help but laugh
" And now you're bringing Luna in this ? " he said and I stayed quiet knowing he knows my mom.
" That's the kind of people I was tellin' you about. Trouble like this means nothing to that bunch of clowns. You're the one with something to lose " what an asshole I thought to myself
" Coach, you don't even know them. How can you even pretend to talk that way, huh? " Pink said I could tell he was getting frustrated by all this.
"Okay, Randy. I shouldn't do this, but I'm willing to wipe the slate clean and forget about this. I want you to get your priorities straightened out, quick hangin' out with hoodlums and sign your commitment to your team " Coach rambled on about the same conversation since yesterday
" Have you done that yet? " he said talking about that stupid paper that everyone was tired of hearing about.
" I'm still thinkin' about it " Pink said looking down
"No one's paying you to think about it! Just do it son !" we heard the coach raise his voice making everything a little more awkward.
" You know, Coach? I gotta get goin'. Me and my loser friends, you know, we gotta go get Aerosmith tickets. Top priority of the summer " Pink said starting to walk away but stopped half way
"Oh Coach, uh... I forgot. I might play ball, but I will never sign that " Pink said throwing the paper at the coach, he turned back around while the coach started his car finally leaving. Don looked at pink his hands placed on his hips and everyone stayed silent for a second
    " Let's rock and roll " Pink said shaking Wooderson's hand and smiling at me
" All right, man. Livin'" Wooderson said. I was happy Pink stood up to the coach and finally made his own decision, he could still play and have fun I just hope it works out
"Shit! I'm gettin' my third wind. Let's get on the road" Wood said , I forgot they had to drive into Houston to get the Aerosmith tickets.
" Let's go. You gonna come, man?" Slater turned to me and Pink
"Shotgun! " Pink said laughing and Slater was upset since he never got to sit in the front seat.
" I think I gotta head home " I said looking up at Pink
" No come with us " he said trying to get me to go.
" I wish I could but my mom's probably worried about me " I said smiling at him as he agreed with me.
" Okay but I'll see you later today right " he said hugging me .
" Yes I need my tickets ! " I said
" All right, man, talk to you later then " I heard Wood say to Don and Shavonne.
" You guys not goin'? " Pink said looking at Don "Pink, can I use your keys? " Don said patting him "It's time to boogie on outta here" Wood said to Simone.
"Hey. So that's that, huh? " Don said to Pink referring to what just happened with the coach and Pink just nodded not wanting to talk about it anymore.
" All right " Don said not upset at all
" Slater. Aaah! " Don said making me laugh
" Luna you coming " Don said looking at me.
" I'll walk home instead" I said not wanting to interrupt whatever Shavonne and Don had going on
" I'll se ya " Don said kissing my forehead before leaving.
" I never get shotgun " Slater said upset towards Don and I as he got in the car and drove off
"You not coming " Wood said looking at me as everyone else started getting in his car.
" I'm so tired man " I said laughing walking with him towards his car as he opened his door getting in
" You get some rest , we'll see ya later " he said and I started saying bye to them and watched as they drove off. I looked around me and the streets were pretty empty, I started walking towards my house hoping my mom wouldn't get to mad at me.

I twisted the door knob and put my keys back in my bag as I made it inside. I closed the door and started walking towards the kitchen
" Mom ! " I yelled noticing how quiet the house was.
" Hello ! Anybody home ? " I said noticing a note on the table. ' I didn't want to wake you up but I'm working an early shift again ! I'll see you in the afternoon' - mom. I read the note my mom left and let out a sigh in relief realizing she didn't know I didn't come home last night. I grabbed a glass of water and made my way upstairs to my room. I took off my shoes and laid down on my bed and closed my eyes, the memories from last night flooding in my head. I felt butterflies in my stomach just thinking about what happened with Benny but a bit confused with what Wooderson told me about Pink. "I'm to tired to think right now " I said to myself and closed my eyes falling asleep.

Hello this shit is getting scarier every damn day. Anyways all I can do is pray and stay inside !!
I hope you enjoyed this chapter!! The movie is basically over at this point but I'll continue writing my own story now.
