You still like Pink ?

I let out a small whine as he left kisses on my neck and his hands roamed around my body. My hands where tangled between his curls as I licked my lips, he looked up at me with a smirk and pressed his lips against mine once again. I rolled my hips against him hearing Benny let out a groan
    " We should stop" I said climbing off and sitting next to him once again. I was scared of giving my all to him, I mean I've known him for the longest and we are best friends but I'm showing him a different side of me. What if he wants more from me ? I'm not as experienced as the other girl's he's been with
    " You okay ?"he said turning to me as he sat up a bit.
" Yeah it's nothing I'm okay " I said smiling at him pecking his lips
    " I know you to well" he said looking at me up and down making me feel even more insecure.
    " It's just I'm not like the other girls you've hooked up with before " I said looking at him.
" Luna you're not just a hookup , you're my girl " he said smiling at me caressing my cheek
    " I just feel a bit insecure since you have more experience with other girls, I don't want you to think less of me " I said being honest.
     " I don't care if you're not experienced , Don't compare yourself to anyone I like you just the way you are " he said trying to make me feel better
   " I don't expect anything from you but yourself " I removed his hand from cheek holding it as he kept his eyes on me.
     " I can't believe I get to see this side of you " I said making us both laugh
    " I'll go back to being a dick then " he said as I rolled my eyes.
      " Stay with me tonight " he said as our laughs faded away
     " All right " I said , I felt safe with him and he felt like home.
     " Is it really 6 ?! " I said looking at the clock on the wall across from us
   " Should we started heading over there ? " he said reminding me about Pickford's party.
    " Ya baby " I said standing up stretching
" I'm going to put a different shirt on I'll be back" Benny said running upstairs leaving me alone. I looked around seeing his parents vinyl collection spotting a few baby pictures of Benny. His parents were hard on him but it was only because they wanted the best for him, I grabbed my bag hearing Benny come down the stairs.
     " Let's book  " he said looking handsome as ever
" Maybe we should blow off that party if you're going to wear that " I said making him laugh
    " Oh come on" he said opening the door as we stepped out walking towards his truck.
   " Ow ! " I said as Benny slapped my ass as I climbed in laughing
      " Are you going to tell the guys we're dating  " I said as he started the truck
    " Yes why not ? " he said backing out and driving towards Pickford's house.
     " Like I was just wondering , what do you think there going to say ? " I said looking out the window
    " How lucky I am to have a cool chick like you " he said and I turned to look at him as he sent me a wink
    " Shut up" I said making him laugh. I wonder how Pink is going to react, I'm not sure if I should tell Benny about Pink liking me.
     " I forgot to tell you something " I said as we stopped on a red light feeling my heart speed up
    " About what ? " he said turning down the radio
" Wooderson told me something last night, it's about Pink " I said as the light turned green
" I'm listening " Benny said.
      " We'll remember what I said about that party and that incident with O'Bannion " I pushed my hair back a bit
    " I'm going to kick his ass if I see him tonight " Benny said and I was already regretting telling Benny about Pink.
         " Yeah that well during that time Pink and I spent a lot of time together " I said and he looked at me confused
     " Did something happen between you guys ?" He said as he pulled to the side of the curb
    " No but during that time he was there for me and I started to like him" I said making eye contact with him feeling nervous as hell
     " You were busy with Leanne at that time " I said and he stayed silent just watching me speak
    " Anyway I liked him for a bit but I got over it since watching you with Leanne made me jealous and well he was with Simone" I said unbuckling my seat belt moving closer to him.
    " I'm sorry I wasn't there for you" he said once again
    " That's not you're fault I just didn't want to tell you since you were so close to O'Bannion " I said and he nodded.
    " That's besides the point anyway " I said as he watched the cars go by us
     " Don't tell me you still like Pink " he said looking at me shaking his head upset.
     " Fuck no I like you " I said leaning in to kiss him reminding him how much I truly liked him
   " Good cause that would be fucked up " he said letting out a chuckle and I nodded
    " I know but the thing is apparently he likes me now " I said finally telling him.
     " What ? " he said in a harsh tone
" Wooderson told me even Mitch I was as shocked you " I said and the car became silent
     " I don't like him Benny , I like you I wouldn't do anything to ruin what we have " I said reaching for his hand feeling his fingers caress mine.
  " I know " he said looking at me no emotion in his face
    " I'm serious Benny " I said wanting to make it clear to him that he never had to doubt the way I feel about him.
    " It's not you I don't trust, I believe you " he said making me feel better
    " It's him ! First football and now this ?! " he said hitting the steering wheel
    " The worst part is I told him how much I liked you but he told me not to tell you so I wouldn't ruin our friendship " he said laughing, I looked around trying to wrap my head around this remembering how yesterday he told me to 'not get my hopes up' about Benny liking me.
    " Funny how he told me to not get my hopes up about you liking me back " I said and he started the car once again beginning to drive
    " Fucking phony " Benny said and I just sat back putting my seatbelt on.
" I'm going to talk to him I don't want you to say anything to him " I said noticing the block we were on and Benny just nodded. We arrived to Pickford's house and there were tons of people already
" C'mon " Benny said as we got out the truck
" Hey man ! " Don said as we opened the door seeing him in the corner of the room with a beer in his hand.
" Donny ! How's it hangin' ?" Benny said greeting him as he grabbed himself a beer as well
" How'd it go last night man " I said sending him a wink.
" Did you guys do it " I said mocking him
" Man you already know we did " he said laughing as I searched for the other guys in the crowd
" Where's Pink ? " I said looking back at Don feeling Benny's eyes on me.
" I think I saw him somewhere upstairs " Don said taking a sip from his beer
" Cool, I'm going to find him ! I'll be back " I said before kissing Benny
" Hold up , are y'all dating or ? " Don said making us laugh.
" Yes " I said turning around going upstairs hearing Don and Benny talk about me
" Luna man " I felt someone grab my arm looking up seeing Slater smiling like a dork
" Hey Slater" I said pulling him in for a hug.
" How'd it go getting those tickets " I said
" Cool man we made it on time " He said and I nodded looking around for Pink.
" Where's Pink at " I asked him noticing the blunt he had in his hand
" Pickford's room" he said and we walked towards the room I noticed Tony and mike talking in the corner.
" Guys " Slater said as he opened the door finding Pink sitting on the corner of the bed and on the other side Pickford and Michelle smoking
" Luna !" Pink said standing up giving me a hug
" What's up " I said hugging him back sitting down beside pink.
    " How's Benny ? " Pickford said passing the blunt to Slater
    "'We're okay " I said rolling my eyes remembering what happened at the moon tower.
     " So many memories in this room " I said making Michelle look up at us
   " What's that supposed to mean " she finally spoke up. I felt Pickford's eyes on me clearly upset but I didn't care he was always trying to make me mad
    " Anyway , Pink can we go talk somewhere " I said turning to him as i got up.
    " Yeah man let's go " he said standing up
" Check ya later " Slater said as we headed out the door going downstairs. Benny and Don weren't at the same spot when I left, looking around there really wasn't a quiet place to talk
    " Did you get you're car back ?" I said turning to him and he nodded.
     " Let's go then " I said pulling him outside to talk
" What you want to talk about " he said as we sat inside his car where it was more quiet
    " Look Pink Wooderson told me something last night at the field " I said playing with hands
   " What he say ? " he said and I looked up meeting his eyes
    " That you like me " I said and I could feel the tension grow between us.
