" Wait, I need to do it now " I told Pink. We were at my house now, we ended up coming to mine so I can shower and get ready.
        " Luna where are you going ? " my mom walked in my room as I was putting on some jewelry.
    " Mom this is Pink, remember him ? " I said, Pink looked nervous.
     " Uh hi ma'am " he said and I chuckled
     " Hello, just keep the door open okay ? " she said and I swear my face turned red.
     " Oh god, mom stop ! " I said as she walked out laughing. I looked over at Pink who had grin on his face
      " So what'd ya think " I said turning to him as I finished getting ready. It was about 11:00 am and I was getting ready to go to Jodie's house.
" Smoking babe " he said winking at me, I smiled at him and leaned down to kiss him.
" So drop me of at her house and I'll meet you at yours later ? " I said and he nodded.
" Fuck I'm scared " I said grabbing Pink's hand as we walked downstairs. I had a feeling everything was going to go wrong, if only I could've seen this happening from the beginning then this wouldn't be happening.
        " Mom I'm going to Jodie's uhh Pink is dropping me of I'll be back home soon " I said and she nodded and told us to be safe.
         " Lucky you got a cool mom" Pink said as we entered his car. I smiled and it was honestly because she trusts me so much
           " Yeah " I said feeling nervous. Pink noticed how quiet I was and put his hand on my thigh.
      " Look babe how about I go with you instead " he said trying to calm me down. I quickly turned to look at him
    " Oh god no Pink, like who knows how she'll react seeing us together " I said. He laughed realizing his idea was a bit stupid
" I'm a dumbshit " he said and I laughed.
" Nah man it's just, this whole situation is a mess " I said and he sighed.
" Remember at the emporium, the day you and Benny broke up " he said and I nodded saying yes.
" What about it ? " I said remembering seeing him and Jodie laughing.
" Jodie told me she wasn't going to let me go so easy, but the whole time I was thinking of how bad I wanted to be with you " my heart fluttered but also what the fuck.
" I did notice you starting at me at the pool table "
I said remembering that horrible night.
" Also this isn't going to go well huh ? " I said to him as we arrived at her house. Mitch was outside with Tommy
" Fuck me " I let out a grown not wanting to go in.
" After this " Pink said with a grin on his face, I rolled my eyes and patted his chest.
" Good luck babe " he said and I smiled.
" I hate you for making me like you so much " I said as I got out the car and closed the door. Pink winked at me a drive off, I turned to Mitch and Tommy who were already looking at me
" How's it hanging ? " I said smiling. I fixed my bag that was falling of my shoulder.
" Hey man, was that Pink ? " Mitch said I nodded.
He smirked at me knowing exactly what was going on.
" Shut it, Tommy I heard they were looking for you man " I said reminded them that O'Bannion is still out there.
" Ah that asshole doesn't have anything better to do ? " he said and I laughed. Mitch pinched the bridge of his nose
" Apparently not, uh Mitch is Jodie home ? " I asked him. He nodded
" In her room" I nodded and started walking inside.
" Good luck man " he said laughing and I let out a shaky breathe. I guess there parents aren't home since the house was so quiet, I heard some music coming from her room as I knocked on the door.
" Luna ! I didn't know you were coming man " she said letting me in.
" Yeah uh I wanted to talk to you " I said as she lowered down her music.
" What about " she said sitting down on her bed while I was standing there awkward.
" Oh it's about Benny and that night at the emporium! Good for you girl, you stood up to that bitch man. You don't need Benny anyway you can have a bitchin time without him at the concert" she said and nodded.
" Yeah man like I'm glad I did that ya know ? " she nodded agreeing with me.
" You left with Pink and the rest of the guys huh ? " she asked me as she lit a cigarette.
" Yeah about that, that's what I wanted to talk about " She looked confused
" What are going on about ? " she said and I decided to just say it.
" Look Jodie I love you and you're like my best friend man, but me and Pink kissed that night and now we're kind of a thing " I said and she looked caught off guard. I wish Mitch would walk in and brake this awful silence
" So the rumors were true ? " she said getting up.
" No I didn't Kiss Pink that night, He leaned in and Darla made that rumor up" I said. She laughed and I kinda just stood there not knowing what to say
" You lied to me and told me you didn't feel nothing for Pink " she said looking at me in disgust.
" Look man I didn't know this would happen, I'm sorry I like Pink and I wasn't sure until he kissed me that night " I said being honest.
" You're a fucking slut " she said
" Wow I'm the slut ? I never cheated on Benny ! He cheated on me and if I recall you kissed Pink while he had a girlfriend ! " I said. She stood there quiet
" I'm going to head out, I just wanted to be honest with you about this I'm sorry " I said as I opened the door and walked out her house.
" How'd it go ? " Mitch said as I walked towards him and Tommy in the lawn.
" Awful " I said shaking my head, they tried to make me feel better by sending me some smiles but it didn't work.
" I got to go talk to Benny now " I said sighing, I turned and started walking.
" We'll walk with you, we're going to the baseball field anyway" he said and I stopped to look at them.
" Alright thanks guys " . I knew I had to meet Pink at his house but I felt like I had to go talk to Benny now before Jodie went or someone else she might've already told.
