Terrorize the freshman

Lunas (P.O.V)
I entered the building and the hallways were pretty empty soon they will be trashed. 'REBELS ' '76' spray painted on the wall to the left of me. Making my way towards Miss Wilk's class .
" aye Luna girl " i heard my name being called and turned around to see don Dawson in his blue overalls .
" hey don " I hugged him
"Where are the guys huh I got something to give pink "
He has was holding what seemed to be a note
" out front he's coming in just wait on him "
" Alright I'm checking him and Benny out going to terrorize the freshman " he said laughing
"  check me out too " i said giving him the puppy eyes
" oh Luna you drive me crazy , I sure will "
I laughed ,I loved don he's a goof.
   " where's Benny huh ? " I asked him
  " Workshop working on his paddle " I nodded
         " maybe it's time you tell him how you feel " he said 
     " don he's my best friend I don't think he sees me in the way I see him , plus he messes around with all these girls " I looked around the halls making sure nobody could here us.
     " that's what's holding you back from having fun " he was right I was delusional but don had hope for me.
   " am I stupid ? " I looked at him and he shook his head
   " grow some balls and tell him , he might feel the same way " he winked and walked away . Did he know something I didn't . I walked to Miss Wilk's class  that was around the corner
"Gilligan's transistor radio. That was a good one. " " What about that one where that sexy surfer guy catches that huge wave? Do you remember that? "
I walked in to find Jodi and the girls naming some Gilligan episodes . I sat by Kaye
" so Jodi I heard there getting you're brother good today " I told her
" ugh I'm going to tell them to cool of he's small " I laughed and pink walked in .
He sat by Jodi i can tell he has a thing for her they've been secretly flirting here and there and  I see the way he looks at her . Time went by a bit fast when I heard don whispering for pink
" Pink he's calling you "
I nudged pink who was to focused on Jodie . Pink just smiled at me and made his way towards don .
" so what's up with you and pink ?" I asked
" oh shut up he has a gf " Jodie said laughing
" hmm i see something happening "
I told Jodie Kaye shook her head agreeing with me .
" let's not talk about it ! You going to the hazing right?" She's trying to change the subject
" yes ! to watch " I said
" same here I'm over that can't believe we went through it when we were Freshmen " Kaye said
" oh guys just be excited we are seniors now and you Luna it's time for you to get out of that shell !"
jodie's right maybe it's time to put myself out there more , I went out to party's with the girls but I never drink or smoke.
" okay but don is checking me out with pink and Benny , there going to scare the freshman " I laughed
" Benny huh now let's talk about that " Jodi said
" didn't you like Benny " Shavonne asked
" something like that " I said
"maybe it's time you do something about it then " Shavonne said
I avoided there gaze. Benny is way to focused on football and all these other girls to even notice I liked him .
     " eh maybe i will , i doubt he likes me I mean we're just friends and these other girls have his attention " Benny and I flirted here and there but nothing serious. He walked in on me changing when he came over my house , he looked at me different that day and I was so embarrassed I didn't tell the girls.
    " we'll then forget Benny and find someone else ! " Jodie said 
    " also it's time to ditch these baggy shirts " Shavonne said and I laughed she's right , I wish I had there confidence.
     Pink came back and took a seat " we're going to the bathroom could you let Miss Wilk know " Jodie said getting up.
  " you coming ? " she had her hand around pink .
     " I have to get checked out to " they kept walking.
  "Whats that ? " I asked pink he seemed upset . Mike came around and took the paper out his hands.
      "I voluntarily agree to not indulge in any alcohol, drugs or engage in any other illegal activity... that may in any way jeopardize the years of hard work... we as a team have committed to our goal... of a championship season in '76." I laughed once he read that out loud
     " What bullshit " Mike laughed
        " are the guys really signing this ?"  There wasn't a doubt in my mind Benny had signed it .
    " apparently " pink sighed
  "What are they gonna do next, give you guys urine tests? I didn't know drugs and alcohol were such a big problem... that they had to resort to neo-McCarthyism"
    " pink let it go for now think about it later "
Pink looked up at me
   " yeah you're right but I won't let them tell me what to do , I think they're  just afraid some of us might be having too good a time"
    He was right and I have a feeling Benny is going to bug him about this.
     " Pink! Luna Come on, man. We're off to raise some hell. Let's go kick some ass! " pink got up and grabbed my hand
     " you kick some ass I'll just watch" I laughed
" hey gorgeous " I looked up to my Right , Benny was leaning by the door . I let go of pink to give Benny a hug .
   " finally finished working on that damn paddle huh" he hugged me back.
" yeah and maybe i can practice on you later " I pushed him off 
      " oh you wish " I was blushing and put my head down so he wouldn't notice, out the corner i could hear Jodie and the girls .
       "Benny, I have a favor to ask ya" oh Mitch is definitely a dead man now I thought to myself .
  " What do ya need?" He was staring right at her        "Take it easy on my brother this summer and I mean all of you okay " they all laughed
      " Mitch Kramer ? I'm gonna give him a beating"  he slapped his paddle against his hand .
  " hey i mean it" she started to walk away when he slapped Jodie in the ass with the paddle.
   " Ow!" A pang of jealousy hit my chest and I think he noticed . He messed around A lot I shouldn't let this affect me but I like him. Benny looked down at me , I avoided eye contact .
   " hey man let's go ! " don said finally breaking the awkward tension.
      " Shotgun! " pink and don yelled at the same time.
    "yeah I'm not riding in the back " I said and ran towards Benny's truck to get the middle seat of course .
    " you can sit on my lap beautiful " don called out.
     " hey shut it , you can sit in the back " pink laughed . Benny is a bit overprotective about me.
  We got in and I sat in the middle, of course pink got shotgun.
     " check it out " don said I turned my head to look at him . He flipped me off and I blew him a kiss I turned back around and Benny put his hand  around my thigh . I got butterflies and I looked up at him , he had a smirk on his face .
    "I been waitin' three long years for this. Those junior high kids are dead meat. I promise. " Benny parked right in front of the school.
  We got off and pink lifted me up to the back of Benny's truck .
   " you're light as feather Luna " pink said
    " why haven't you let anyone get a taste " don said
" shut up don " I laughed he was trying to push my buttons.
  "It's cause I have taste and most of the guys at our school are trash " don poked my arm
   " or is it something else " he patted Benny and he looked up at me and sent a wink my way and I just shook my head.
    " Okay, you freshman fucks, listen up! It's your lucky day. Usually you spend your freshman summer getting your asses busted... " Benny went on with his little speech. Pink put his arm around me
  " Jodie told me about Benny " ugh I put my face in hands and he started laughing.
    " he's a good guy , but I don't want you to get you're hopes up " I nodded he was right.
     "So if you meet here... right here... after school today, you'll only get one lick from each of us. But you run like cowards, well, it's open season all summer long, boys. Oh, yeah, Mitch Kramer? Mitchie? Mitchie, Mitchie, Mitchie! We're lookin' for you, pal. Your ass'll be purple before the day is over." Benny blew a kiss " Have a nice afternoon."
We got off and headed back to school. We made it back and right in front were the coaches. Pink sighed dreading what was going to happen.
"Hey coach" benny said closing the door, I got off and started heading my own way. " I'll see you guys later" I turned around and made my way back inside.
