That same day, an hour after Sasuke and Itachi arrived, nightfall came once again and Reina had to get back to the apartment.

Itachi pushed Sasuke into walking Reina back with Obito reinforcing that. Even though Reina could easily teleport back, the insistence of the two older Uchiha forced her not to and to accept the request to being accompanied by Sasuke.

So now here they were, walking in the streets of the hidden leaf village. Something Reina never thought would be possible.

"... Why do you hide your Rinnegan?" She asked him.

Sasuke came back with his eye covered by an eye patch.

"I don't want to scare anyone with it. It also attracts too much attention." Was his response.

Reina nodded finding it a logical reason to hide it. Something like that would freak any normal civilian here and Sasuke isn't one to want to attract attention.

"Why move so far away? Wouldn't being close to Shisui's grave and the Matsui village be more ideal for you guys?" He questioned after she brought up his eye.

"If we continue to live here within or between the five nations, we will come against a new enemy over and over again. Someone will always disturb the peace others worked so hard to obtain... I know it's selfish of us to just walk away from it, but..." She couldn't finish her sentence knowing that no matter what she said, she would sound ungrateful and selfish.

Sasuke was told by Obito about Reina's decision to leaving to a far away land. He was surprised none the less.

After telling Kazue that he would do anything to keep both the clans together, here Reina was, separating them and Sasuke couldn't do much to stop her.

"I get it. I've felt just like you many times, especially after finding out the truth about the Uchiha..."

"You're far stronger than I am Sasuke. You're able to keep going even with the painful past you have. I admire you a lot for both your strength and your loyalty to your village." She praised him.

"Truthfully, after handing you that locket and defeating the organization, I also planned on erasing myself from everyone's lives by moving to a place no one would find me, but then you brought my brother back to me and gave me the strength to continue with the same life." He confessed.

Now that they were more comfortable with one another and had hardly any trouble speaking about their own feelings with one another, Reina decided to also open up to him a little more.

"This locket changed everything for me. I thought the only reason I was ending the organization was because it was Shisui's final mission in life. Finishing the organization was my only known purpose, which is why I was fine with dying by Riku's hand. You made me realize that Shisui was only part of the reason why my will to live remained intact. Yami, Maya and now you as well have become part of that reason. You saved me without knowing it." She smiled softly at him. "Thank you for that."

Sasuke's eyes softened.

Killing her fathers clone would have been the last straw for her. Had he done nothing, Reina wouldn't have been here right now.

People say that emotions affect a persons power. The emotions she has for Yami, Maya and Sasuke is what gave her the strength to push through it all.

The moment was put to an end when a child tugged on his clothes.

Looking away from Reina and to the child. The 9 year old boy held out a small bouquet of flowers.

"They were freshly picked!" The child grinned.
