Reina walked with Sasuke to drop off Naruto, and then the two proceeded to walk together to her meeting place with Shikamaru where they finally separated, with plans to meet up in a few hours.

"Was that Sasuke?" Shikamaru asked as she came inside the room he told her he would be in.

Closing the door behind her, she nodded.

"I ran into him just a little while ago."

She could see that he looked slightly confused, but when she asked what was wrong, he simply replied that nothing and they continued on with their meeting.

The almost five hour meeting consisted of Shikamaru showing her around the building, addressing what each person was in charge of doing, where certain things were located and the reasoning for that particular placement, and he also spoke about the blueprint of the hidden leaf leading to a discussion about possibly changing it in the near future to increase safety for the citizens and efficiency to detect enemies quicker.

"The only reason we have yet to go on with the changes is lack of resources. Especially after the fourth great ninja war, and the fight with the organization, the events have impacted us greatly economically wise."

Reina nodded as she looked over the other blueprints that had to be voided because of these obstacles.

"I may be able to help bring the necessary resources to get this done. I've made plenty of connections that have these materials on hand, and all I need is to contact them which should take approximately five days to get a reply."

"You made these connections when you were part of the organization, what makes you think they'll still sell the materials to you?"

"The organization liked being discrete, meaning that none of these sellers even knew that they were selling their items to criminals. Had they known, they wouldn't be alive today, so rest assured that nothing bad will occur." She clarified to him.

He felt more at ease knowing that the sellers didn't knowingly make deals with dangerous people. That almost guaranteed that the materials would be safe to use.

"How much would it be for the size of the project at hand?"

"I'll be dealing with the finances of it all. The only thing you need to do is get all the approvals necessary in order to start the renovations."

"Are you positive? Something like this isn't cheap, and even if it was, we can't possibly allow you to pay for it all."

Reina didn't seem worried at all about the money, and that's what made Shikamaru even more flabbergasted.

"It's truly no problem at all. I'm fully aware of the cost. Let's not forget that I'm part of the reason why you guys are in such a tough spot in the first place, so I hope that this will help even things out a little bit."

"Even so, this is a project that will take years to finish, don't you leave by the end of the week..?"

Reina nodded as she faced him.

"Fortunately, you already have a plan ready and all I'm doing is pitching in financially which I can do from anywhere. I am however, looking forward to seeing the end result." She smiled.

"Thank you, Kakashi really needed the good news, and because of you, I can finally give it to him. I also appreciate the few tips that you gave me today, I'm sure it'll make things run smoother around here."

"I'm glad I was able to be of use today. I've also learned a lot, so thank you Shikamaru."

He nodded, as he began to walk her out the building now that the meeting was officially over.
