The following day, the three Matsui appeared in the Hokage's office to complete the appropriate paperwork to make everything official.

It was a lengthy meeting with other personnel present to make sure that everything that needed to be spoken about was spoken about appropriately and what needed to be signed, was signed.

They were educated on important laws that the citizens followed and were also given a copy that was given to all the new hidden leaf citizens.

"I suppose the next step would be to hunt for a house. We have plenty of properties available, including apartments if that's what you three prefer." Smiled Kakashi as the final signature was made.

The three looked at each other, silently communicating before turning towards Kakashi with a nod.

"A house would be perfect." Replied Reina,

Kakashi nodded and handed them a binder.

"Here are all the properties that are for sale. There are also renting options. You can take this with you and bring it back when you've made your decision." He explained happy for the three on starting this new chapter of their lives. "Oh and remember that because of the attack on the village, some of the properties may be under reconstruction, but should be done in a few weeks."

Reina nodded, thanking him followed by Maya and Yami.

"It is an honor to have you three in our village." Voiced one of the officials sitting at the table.

"Thank you for accepting us." Reina said, smiling at the official.

"We hope that you enjoy It here." Another official said as everyone started to stand up to leave now that The meeting has come to an end.

"Oh we definitely will!" Grinned Maya.

"I just hope we don't get kicked out..." Mumbled Yami, fully aware of the amount of trouble they can cause.

They know they have to change certain aspects of their behavior in order to remain in the hidden leaf. No one has told them to modify any part of themselves, but they really do want to call the hidden leaf their permanent home and are willing to change for their stay to be a long one.

Fortunately for them, none of the officials heard what he said, so they were able to avoid an awkward explanation to his statement.

They all politely said their goodbye's, thanking Kakashi one last time for allowing this to happen even with the objections of the elders.

"It's about time they understand that they have limited authority just like everyone else on the spectrum." Sighed Kakashi remembering the earful he received when he told the elders the news.

They were supposed to attend the meeting, but it wasn't a surprise that they declined, especially after hearing that all three of the Matsui will be in a single room.

"I was really hoping they'd show up." Smirked Yami.

"I think they're afraid of us after what happened last time." Chuckled Maya.

"Well thanks captain obvious."

"Don't be silly Yami, I'm not a captain."

"You know that's not what I meant dumb-" Yami was able to catch himself before he cussed in front of Reina, who always becomes visibly disappointed in anyone who uses such language.

He saved himself by ending his sentence with a 'y', creating the word dummy when spoken.

Kakashi had no clue what was going on, but Maya sure did. She planned it from the very beginning...
