Reina was the first to have a fish on her line, but the fish unfortunately escaped before she could fully reel it in. Sasuke on the other hand was able to catch one on his first attempt that day.

She was glad she was able to reel one in eventually, but it was now very close to nightfall so they packed up their things and used Sasuke's portals to head back home, more specifically to Reina's apartment.

When they got there, Reina set down the ingredients they bought before their little trip.

"Shouldn't Maya and Yami be heading here any second now?" He asked to which she shook her head no.

"After their training session with the Anbu ninja, they're meeting up with Naruto to eat the Ramen he promised them for the rest of the night."

"The rest of the night..?" Sasuke questioned, expecting it from Naruto, but not from Maya and Yami.

She chuckled as she nodded.

"He lost the bet so now he has to feed Maya and Yami until they feel content. It won't end well for Naruto's pockets, but I'm sure the three of them will end up having fun in the end."

He hummed.

"Isn't it unfair to Naruto? Shouldn't Yami and Maya have continued on until one of them fell asleep, leaving one winner..?"

"From what Yami told me, Naruto insisted that he would win and put himself against the two of them." She explained as she got the things out the bag and Sasuke brought out the pans requiered for the dish.

It sounded like something Naruto would do, so Sasuke just sighed in disappointment and proceeded to teach Reina how to prepare everything.

From what ingredientes needed to be cut when, to how to prep the fish.

Reina paid close attention to every detail that came from his mouth, because she did plan on doing this again in the near future with Maya and Yami so she at least wanted some good recipes already on hand.

Now the two of them were sitting down after an hour and a half of preparing, cleaning, and placing the plates down on the table.

Reina looked towards Sasuke when he didn't even touch his chop sticks.

"You should take the first bite." He told her. "You worked hard on it."

She was a little wary, but did as she was told. Sasuke was trying to be respectful towards her by suggesting she take the first bite.

Holding the chop sticks appropriately, she grabbed a combination of fish and rice then put it up to her mouth.

Once she began chewing she glanced towards Sasuke and realized something important.

The reason why she never made one on her own even though she was very capable of it, especially during her time in the organization...

At first, it was to refrain from tainting the activity with the loneliness she felt as a child. The memories already created in the company of those she held dear were embedded in that activity and so when she became a part of the Organization, recalling those memories would have weakened her.
