"Trying to impress Reina with your little stunt out there fighting three of our own in a day won't get you anywhere except in a coffin." Voiced Yami once he finished putting Sasuke down on the bed like he was ordered to do by the captain.

"Impress her? I was simply following the instructions she gave me." Sasuke defended himself.

Yami never really hid his dislike towards Sasuke, so everyone pretty much knew how he felt about the Uchiha making his commentary normal.

"All you needed to do was defeat one person to be inducted. Going against a class 1 and class 2 was completely unnecessary."

"Reina instructed me to keep going until I felt satisfied, and there's nothing satisfying from being a 3rd class ninja." Sighed Sasuke as he put his legs on the bed and moved back until his back reached the wall.

"I'm not stupid and neither is Reina, so stop using your connection to that Shisui guy to your advantage."

Sasuke could see the anger radiating from Yami. He clearly didn't want Reina getting hurt by anyone or anything, especially not by another Uchiha like himself.

"I get that being devoted to your captain is normal, but aren't you overdoing it? You're involving yourself in her business, something that has nothing to do with you."

"If it's concerning her safety, yes, it does have something to do with me." Yami countered.

Sasuke was quick to realize that not every Matsui is like Obito described them. Compassionate and accepting. Then again it's not appropriate to generalize a population.

"Correct me if I'm wrong, but it seems to me that you're obsessed with her."

Yami scoffed as he looked at Sasuke.

"It's not like you'd understand. You were locked up for what? A year? That's nothing considering all you've done. Maya and I were locked up for more than a decade. We did nothing, Maya couldn't even walk when we were taken and locked up in the earth division's prison by their previous captain. How is that fair?"

Sasuke's eyes slightly widened at the new information. He thought that Reina might have encountered them on one of her missions throughout the years...

"What?"

"The organization searched for survivors after their attack on the Matsui clan and some earth division ninja ended up finding us, but instead of killing us, they took us in as their prisoners."

The look on Sasuke's face made Yami laugh bitterly knowing exactly what he was thinking. Sasuke knew who made the order, but never...

"That's right, Danzo Shimura made the order, but The Organization were the ones that completed the mission. Twice. The second being Kogen's order to retrieve Reina after finding out more about the clan, more specifically the crystals."

"... She joined the same group that... Why..?"

Yami shrugged.

"It's the only place she could go to I guess. The organization wanted her, and I suppose that it benefited her being a part of it seeing as Kogen wouldn't have stopped until she joined, he made that clear with what he did to her teammates and home... Maya and I are thankful she did end up becoming a part of it, we'd still be locked up if she hadn't."

"She helped free you."

He nodded.

"No one is allowed to make requests on who exits or goes into a division's prison, not even Kogen himself. The earth division loved that rule. They took advantage of it and locked up everyone they either didn't like or people they simply felt like locking up for their own enjoyment."
