MPHAKAMSENI (PHAKA)

The ride was silent I'm even afraid to utter a word cause she looks like she looks like a volcano that just destroyed the world. She's just starting outside the window looking at those long buildings. We have just entered the surbabian area and I must say this place is immaculate. I wonder how much she earns, the car drives through this magnificent big house if this is her house then she's living a life I've been longing for. We off load the bags from the car and God I'm even afraid to enter this house. Everything looks expensive, I follow her to the bedroom, I guess this will be my bedroom.
"This is our bedroom." Zelo notices the shock on my face, clearly she knows wasn't expecting it.
"Are you sure? Will you be comfortable around me?" I don't want to crowd her space.
"You are my husband after all, we are bound to be comfortable around each other. And yes am sure, besides we have to get to know each other." A faint smile creeps on my face.
"Okay if you say so." My husband is way too innocent. We later unpacked our clothes and ordered lunch since she was tired to cook. And we were dead hungry we left in a hurry without having breakfast.
"Don't feel offended of what I'm about to ask you. Have you ever thought of loosing weight." this sensitive topic but I guess it comes from a good place.
"No.. yes I just.... I don't know" I sighed looking down shrugging my shoulders.
"Tell you what. Me and you are going to start a gym in order for us to maintain our lifestyle. I have a personal trainer and I'm pretty sure he will be able to help you. What do you say."
"Let's do it. I've never been in a gym before. I wonder how it feels like having all those muscles." I say grinning like a child.
She laughs at him cause I was just being silly at this point. "Soon you will find out, after loosing weight we change the wardrobe right?"nshe tells me and I frown looking at her.
"Is there something wrong with my clothing." I scanned himself.
"No, there's nothing wrong, I want to you to be a man amongst men."
"I'm in then." I smile. One thing I've noticed about her that she has a very nice sense of humour and a lovely smile.

2 MONTHS LATER

Phaka and Zelo were now understanding each other way much better, they way Phaka has been clean at work and that wedding ring band was not making it any easier for everyone. He has no friends at work he was just a loner and worker's took him for granted and they undermined him. He now carries lunch box with scrumptious meals, his big belly was gone but was still fat you can tell that his working out on his weight and his muscles are starting to show. His always happy and smiling but no one knows the reason behind this sudden change of happiness. It's almost lunch time and today he had no lunch for today, his wife didn't prepare anything for him. Guess he will have something at the canteen, but what will he have cause his only allowed to eat what his wife prepares him. His not used to this healthy life style, not that his complaining but a lot has changed in this short period of time.

SIBEKEZELO (ZELO)

I just want to spoil him today and bring him lunch to work. He works in my father's company as an accountant. He doesn't earn much but it's worth living. I'm so proud of him and I can honestly say I'm falling inlove with him day by day. I like the way he looks at me, the way he respects me, the way he puts me first in everything. I've never dated an open guy like him. Who ever said Phaka was not a man enough said the total opposite of him. Ever since I got married I've never set foot in my father's company. It still looks clean and bigger and had a whole lot of new faces. Some of them I don't even recognize.
"Gooday I'm Thobile how can I help you." I like her attitude. This is how a receptionist should behave.
"Hay I'm here to see Mr Ngcobo." I look at her face, she had that unexplainable facial expression.
"Mr Ngcobo as in Biggie himself?" She laughed out so loud grabbing everyone's attention. Ok clearly this girl doesn't know who I am.
"Aibo what's so amusing?" one of the workers asks. You can tell that she's one of the nosey one's.
"She's here to see Biggie." I swear this receptionist was annoying me. To even think that she was a nice woman I was totally mistaken.
"That smelly pig don't get visits from anyone even clients don't want him. Why do you want to see him. This is so amusing." Ok now I see where's this going. They are ganging up on my husband.
"Surely he did something wrong. Hehe let me call him." The receptionist says. I look at her as she dialled his station number and talked to him with so much attitude. All this while I was observing each and every word coming out of the mouth of these two.
"Mr Ngcobo on the phone" with his deep voice that made the receptionist freeze a bit.
"Someone is here to see you must I let them in or will you bring your stinky ass down here?" This girl has an attitude for day's.
Phaka is used to these kind of insults they don't bug him anymore "I will come down."
"Sisiwe mulinde uyeza umanuka." That statement broke my heart honestly. How can she disrespect my husband in this kind of manner infront of other stuffs.
"Thank you." I smiled politely and made myself comfortable on those chairs and waited for my husband. He came out of the lift and stood still on the spot when his eye's landed on me. I stood up smiling broadly and met my husband half way. He hugged me so warmly and gave me a perk on my lips and looked deep in my eyes. That scene left every worker in shock and whispered amongst themselves. Just as they were still looking at each other in the eyes the CEO disturbed their love strike.
"Ahhhh Zelo is that you?" yes he can see that it's me. What's wrong with him!
"It's Mrs Ngcobo to you. Do I know you?" I put the dog on the leash, woah breka mgodoyi!
"I actually know your father. So you got Married to Biggie, wait so the rumours were true?" Everyone gasped in shock. What do these people take my husband for?
"Yes we are married is there a problem cause it seems as if you guys have something to say. Is Mr Ngcobo not fit to be married? " Everyone kept quite "thought as much keep you're comments to yourself, Babe" I turned to look at my husband. "let's go have you fed." We went to his office hand in hand.
"This is a lovely surprise. You didn't tell me that you were coming, I was actually about to go out and buy lunch."
"I wanted to surprise my husband is that a crime." I tell him.
"Not at all. I'm just happy that you make me happy. You are not ashamed of me one bit, you go out with me in public and show affection for the whole world to see. When I'm with you I feel alive you are my sanity. I never knew I'll fall inlove with my arranged wife.
"I told you I'll learn to love you until I go crazy inlove with you." And that's the honest truth.
"If this is love I submit myself whole heartedly." We sat down and enjoyed a warm cooked meal". "Thank you for bringing me lunch I could get used to this."
Ahhh now his pushing it, "why did I bring you lunch again, remind me not to next time. Mr Ngcobo let me bounce." I stood up and hugged me and his erection did wonders. I look at the boner he has, I laugh walking out of the office and passed by the receptionist area finding the staff along with the CEO Ndlela gossiping.
"You now have meetings about my husband, you are now meddling in my personal life this is so unethical of you. As for you" pointing at the receptionist "if I ever I mean ever hear you call my husband names i will deal you personally and you wouldn't recognize yourself. I hope this will be the first and the last time, hope I made myself clear.!" I'm beyond pissed right now.
"Yye...yes mam." Look at her stuttering.
"Good." I make my way out leaving everyone in awe.

Time went by pretty fast and it was knock off time. Everyone was heading home minding there own business. At the parking lots they saw Phaka driving a brand new car Land Rover. "So now he has a car?" They asked each other within themselves. Their eyes burned with shock and they watched him as he drove off.
"Never underestimate another human being." One of the worker's say.
"Wonders shall never end." The receptionist answered looking shocked.
"Mina I still can't believe he has a wife, how did he manage to marry a beautiful woman like that?"
"From now onwards I'll be more respective wow." they went separate ways.
