*Two weeks later

Eva POV

"I'm so excited to be back I've missed the girls so much" I say to Jess as we step off the plane that just landed back in LA.

"Me too" she smiles

We walk to baggage reclaim and I try and grab my suitcase but fail miserably.

Jess quickly grabs it for me and then laughs.

"Not funny" I huff

"It is a tad" she giggles

Jess then see's her suitcase coming round and grabs it.

"Why is everything so easy for you" I groan and she laughs

"It's not"

"It is look how easily you grabbed our suitcases" I say

"It's grabbing a suitcase baby nothing special"

"I guess"

"Now do you wanna get Starbucks" Jess asks me and my face lights up

"Yeah" I say excitedly

We walk to the Starbucks that was in the airport and Jess gets us a drink each.

"Thank you bub" I smile and kiss her cheek

"It's okay now let's go back"

I call an uber and then we start to walk to the exit of the airport.

As we get outside I see the paparazzi guy Kevin waiting.

"What the fuck" Jess says annoyed

"Hey it's okay"

"It's not it's fucking weird"

"Hey girls" Kevin says as he walks over to us

"Excited to be back" he asks

"Why are you waiting for us at the airport" Jess asks annoyance in her voice

"I um-" he starts but can't finish his sentence

"I get this is your job but waiting for someone at the airport that's weird" Jess says

Kevin turns away from Jess and looks at me.

"So Eva do you know how Connor is" he says and I freeze

All of a sudden flashbacks to that night happen.

"Hey baby what's wrong" Jess asks and snaps me out of my thoughts

I turn and hug her tightly.

"Kevin's gone don't worry"

"It's not that" I sniff

"Then what is it" she asks

"It doesn't matter"

Just then the uber arrives, I pull out of Jess's embrace and get in the car.

Jese puts our luggage in the car and then gets in the car.

"Sorry" I say

"What for"

"How I just was, just whenever I think of Connor all I can think of is when I cheated and I feel so bad" I lie
