Chapter 7

Jess POV

Me and Eva walk back into nach and she instantly freezes.

"Co- Connor" she says as she see's who I imagine is called Connor standing in front of us

"Miss me babe" he says and wraps his arm around her "no- no I don't miss you get off me" she says trying to escape him his grip

"Who are you" I say walking up to him "her boyfriend"

"Really because she looks very uncomfortable around you" I say and pull Eva out of his grip she holds onto me tightly

"Well I have every right to ask who you are" Connor says raising his voice slightly

"She's my girlfriend Connor" Eva says and I think I look just as shocked as Connor does

I quickly pull myself together and go along with what Eva's saying.

"I think you best leave Connor she's moved on and doesn't want you" "no I'm not leaving" he shouts

"What is all- Connor what the fuck get out" Anna shouts as she comes downstairs 

He refuses to leave once more.

"Just fucking leave before we get you done for trespassing" I shout at him and he eventually leaves

Eva starts crying and let's go of me and runs to Anna and hugs her.

Just then Madi and Sab come down.

"What was all the shouting" Madi asks me "some guy called Connor was in here I think Eva's ex" "what the fuck was he doing here" Sab says and goes and hugs Eva

Everyone ends up coming downstairs and comforting Eva.

"I'm going to bed" I say once I know Eva was okay and she had everyone around her

"Night Jess" the girls say as I go upstairs

I change into sweatpants and my sports bra and get into bed.

I was scrolling through tiktok when my door opens and I see Eva walk in.

"Hey" I say and sit up in bed

She doesn't say anything but just get's into my bed and cuddles up to me.

"I'm sorry" she mumbles "what for"

"Him coming here and ruining the perfect evening" "you didn't know he was going to turn up" I say stroking her hair

"If you couldn't tell he was my ex" "and he was a dick" "your not wrong there" she says and laughs slightly

"Were you in love with him" I ask "I nearly fell in love but he ended up being like the rest of them"

"Have you ever been in love" she asks and I go quiet before speaking

"Once" I mumble as I feel myself tear up

"Hey you don't have to talk about it" she says as she clearly notices I'm sad about it "I'll tell you one day" I say kissing her on the head

"Let's go to Don's" I say impersonating how she says it

"I bet you call it something other than McDonald's" "yeah I do Maccies" she laughs at what I say

"Maccies" She says doing her best impression of me "I do not say it like that" "yes you do" she laughs

"Come on then let's go" she says standing up

I grab a hoodie and put it on before slipping my Van's on.

She grabs my hand and runs downstairs.

We get in my car and drive to McDonald's.

We decide to sit in so we go inside and I pay for our food, we then sit down at a table.

"Thanks for cheering me up" she says "I didn't do much" "no but just being with you makes me so much happier" I blush slightly at what she says

"So I'm your girlfriend then" I smirk "would it be such a bad thing" "hmm"

"Rude" she says and slaps my arm lightly

"I'm kidding I think it would actually be the best thing in the world" I say and see a blush creep up on her face

Just then my phone buzzes I see I'm tagged in a post posted by nach of our recent photoshoot.

One of the pictures was the picture of me and Eva where we were caught off guard.

I decide to look at the comments.

User362: That's a cute pic of Jess and Eva

User478: I ship Jess and Eva so bad

User472: The way Jess and Eva look at each other

User292: I want someone to look at me the way Jess and Eva look at each other

I show Eva and we both laugh.

"Wow they already have a ship name for us" she says "I know it's crazy"

We get back to nach and go to my room and get ready for bed.

I get into bed and Eva lays on my chest.

"Goodnight Jess" "Goodnight Eva" I say and leave a kiss on her forehead.
