Chapter 102

Jess POV

"You need to go" Emma says as she pulls away from our kiss

"I know but I'd rather stay here with you"

"And I would rather that too but Evan will be waiting"

"I know" I say

"We can cuddle when you get back" she smiles

"Okay"

She kisses me once more and when she pulls away I get up off her bed.

"In a bit" I say

"Bye love" she smiles

I go downstairs and see Eva waiting for me.

"You ready to go" I smile

"Yeah"

We leave the house and then get in my car and drive to the gym.

"So what are we doing today" she asks

"Nothing too big so we're just going to start easy like you're not doing anything that involves the bench press today or doing any pull-ups unless you want to" I say and she smiles

"So we're going to do five pushups" I say

"I don't even know if I can do one" she groans

"I believe in you and anyway one is better than none"

"Yeah I guess" she smiles

We both get on the floor and she ends up doing all five pushups.

"Hey see you can do it" I smile

I them grab Eva a 7KG weight and pass it to her.

"We're gonna do squats with it"

Eva ends up doing twenty squats with the weight.

"Wait I can actually do these" she says excitedly

"Now we're doing a minute plank"

We end up doing a minute plank, and then do dips, chest press, shoulder press, curls and then rows and Eva does all of them.

"I did them all" she says excitedly and hugs me

"Well done I'm proud of you" I smile

"I want to try and do pull-ups" she says

"You sure"

"Yeah"

"You got this" I smile as we walk over to the pull-up machine

Eva ends up doing five pull-ups before giving up.

"Look at that four more than yesterday that's amazing" I say and she hugs me

"Thank you"

"Why are you thanking me"

"Because I wouldn't have been able to do it without you I would've given up after the pushups" she giggles

"Well that's okay and I'm sorry again about yesterday"

"It's okay"

"Now you do your workout because I can't drag you to the gym to only do something that is easy for you" Eva smiles

I do my workout and finish and hour later.

"Ready to go back" I say

"Yeah"

We get back in my car and I start driving back to Jah.

"I really hope Mads is okay" I say

"Yeah she's in such a shit situation"
