Jess POV

I wake up in the morning with Eva in my arms.

Luckily I remember the conversation we had last night, I can't believe how stupid I was to break up with her yesterday.

What she said hurt but I know she doesn't mean it.

"Morning" I smile as I hear Eva stir

"Your head hurt" she asks

"Yeah but you know what would make it better"

"What"

"Digestives" I say and her face lights up and she smiles widely

"You remember" she squeals excitedly

"Yee of course I do I'm sorry for breaking up with you"

"Will you be my girlfriend for the third time" I giggle and so does she

"Of course I will" she beams and kisses me

"I love you Eva" I smile as I pull away from the kiss

"I love you more Jess"

"Guys get up we're going to New York" Anna squeals excitedly as she runs into Jess's room

"What" Jess says in shock

"Well I thought we could all go so the flight to New York is tonight so get packing" Anna smiles

"I can't" I say

"I need to go to court today" I say sadly and Anna and Eva's face fall

"Shit I forgot" Anna says

I look up at Eva and she looks really sad.

"I'll move to England if you get deported" she says and smiles weakly

"Well let's just hope I don't"

I get up and get ready.

I look over at Eva and she looks nervous.

"I'm scared your going to get deported" she says

"I'd love to fill you with confidence that I won't but I don't know, obviously I hope I don't"

"Well let's just keep our fingers crossed that you don't"

"And I meant it Jess, if you did get deported I really would move to England" she continues to say and I smile

"I love you so much" I say

"I love you so much more" she smiles and kisses me and I kiss her back gently

---

"You ready" Eva asks as we arrive at court

"I guess"

I take a deep breath and slowly get out my car.

"I just hope it is okay" Eva says

"Me too"

I walk inside and wait for someone to take me to the courtroom.

"Jessica Thompson" a man says and walks over to me

"Yeah thats me"

"Follow me"

I follow him into the courtroom and see the judge.

The judge goes over everything I've done.

"Now Jessica luckily for you you shall not be deported or have imprisonment" she says and I breath a sigh of relief
