Taehyung's eyes widened as big as saucers when he read that text.

Jimin grew curious of what could have caused his normally blank faced best friend to react like that, so he took a peek over Taehyung's shoulder only to mimic the reaction he had.

"What!" Jimin harshly whispered as Taehyung himself couldn't believe it.

"No way..." he finally breathed out after a moment as he stared at the message again and again, making sure he wasnt mis reading it.

But to be honest there wasn't much to misread in the first place.

"This can't be... it's too much of a coincidence. How could she come back here, and even in the same department as you!" He whisper yelled to Taehyung smacking his arm in the end as the people nearby peeped their heads at them due to their actions.

But the two couldn't care less.

"Wow..." is all Taehyung could muster up to say after the sudden shock.

The girl who took his breath away in his junior year, the one he had the hardest time moving on from and to this day used to linger in his mind ever once in a while, as he would wonder how she was holding up in a new place.

And yet, here she was.

Coming back into his life.

As the two were whispering amongst one another for at least a few more minutes regarding the situation, the double doors to the venue finally opened as a girl with short brown hair stepped in.

Jennie wore a formal Chanel two piece set, one that mimicked a suit. It was a crop top with a skirt, which showed her curves in all the right places, and to finish it off she wore a blazer, giving it a more formal look.

Multiple eyes shot her way as she entered the hall, as no matter how sneaky she would have tried to be, her aura always stuck out to people.

Hushed whispers echoed the hall as she made her way over to Irene and the two basically jumped on each other after being reconciled in nearly 4 or more years.

Many were wondering who she was, or if she even went to their school.

Others started whispering about how the campus beauty was close with the mysterious girl, as the two had hugged and were holding each other's arms as if they'd known each other for years.

Which they did.

Taehyung and Jimin on the other hand could only stare stunned as they stood to a side on the hall.

They noticed how most of the males in the hall were eyeing her as if she was a goddess.

Jennie hadn't glanced their direction even a moment as her attention was fixed simply on Irene, what she was saying and the girls she was introducing her too.

Jennie socialised amongst those and it seemed they hit it off as they sat around a table conversing.

"Is it just me, or did she... change?" Jimin asked as he saw her.

"She's definitely more mature now, but still the same height wise. But she still has that...vibe." Taehyung whispered back so that the others around wouldn't know that they knew each other before.

"I think she also cut her hair differently... and she seems a lot more posh looking now." Jimin commented as Taehyung shrugged sipping his wine a little more.

"I think.... I mean if I remember she did go to New Zealand with a wealthy family. So makes sense." he replied recollecting the words Irene had told him when she broke the news that Jennie had left.

He never admitted it, but he still felt the same way about her.

No matter if her appearance changed, or that her features were now more well developed over time, he didn't notice that.

All he noticed was that the girl, who had stolen his first kiss, was now back, and he was feeling those feelings he hadn't felt in a long time, for her.

Jennie on the other hand was more than happy to have reunited with Irene.

They had spoken over the phone multiple times but nothing, and she meant nothing could beat physically meeting her.

And now she would get to see her all the time as she transferred to this school and was moving back to Korea with her family.

As the pair were talking, they halted when the dean had come up and began talking.

"Hello students and our esteemed VIP's that have attended today's social..." he began as all the student's conversations halted and their attention fixated on the man speaking.

He just spoke about the schools friendships, and how we should all Honor them and maintain the other school students as allies, as the founding fathers were friends ever since, and that the schools will continuously grow together.

He also thanked all the investors, old and new that helped the school with their finances, and the other important figures.

"Oh... and I just wanted to say, many students will find this year their last, even though a number of you are continuing with the after two year program, some of you are leaving after these three years. And to those, I hope you enjoy your last year and I wish you the best of luck for you're next.
As it has already been a little over a month of the new academic year, I hope you have been finding the school enjoyable." He addressed the hall of students before his eyes snagged on a particular figure at one of the tables.

"And speaking of that.. we have a new student who will be joining us this month, as she transferred from a school abroad." He began, nodding in acknowledgment to the girl who turned up to face him.

"She came from one of the top law universities in the world. She will be doing her third year transferred from the University of Auckland to here, which is unusual as we don't normally accept transfers after the year starts, but her accomplishments for a student are impeccable along with her teacher recommendations, so she is now here, to continue her learning of law from Korea now." He began listing off her accolades before turning back to the rest of the students once more.

"Hope you treat her well and take care of her. Welcome Kim Jennie to Seoul National University. Hope you have a good time." The director continued as Jennie slightly bowed in thanks.

"That's all students, enjoy the rest of you're night.
And don't worry, if you curse us or the other professors, we'll let it pass considering you're probably drunk."

"Thank you!"
