Jennie got home as she removed her black pumps she uses to add a few inches to her short height.

Instead, she replaced those with the grey house slippers, as she opened the drawer of the table at the entrance and placed her car key in.

She then stretched her arms as they were sore from a long day at her first day of college, and walked to her room and tossed her handbag in her closet once she removed all her belongings from it.

After doing so she found herself going into the bathroom of her bedroom to take a shower, in order to freshen up.

Meanwhile Taehyung who was seated at the desk in the living room spotted Jennie as she walked in.

She seemed to be so tired that she didn't even notice him sitting there and watching her as she went inside the bedroom.

He just shrugged before he continued finishing up a few notes that he couldn't earlier due to his own meeting with his group.

They were investigating their first case and almost came to an end because it was quite apparent.

And working with the prosecution was a lot more intriguing than he would've thought.

Suddenly his phone rang as the familiar name appeared over the screen, as he picked it up.

"Hm Jimin?" He greeted as he wondered why he called him at such an odd time.

"Don't 'hm Jimin' me! Tell me why I had to find out from some random gossip girl at the lockers that Jennie, Your ex obsession, is in your constitution class?" Jimin let out in one breath.

"It was literally today morning.." Taehyung said as rolling his eyes at the over dramatic male.

"Oh please one morning is enough for you to fall in love with her, you literally fell in love with her in 10 minutes at our first meeting. You probably already are in love with her." he said as Taehyung's cheeks grew red.

It's true, 10 minutes was all it took.

Jennie made him feel things, things he never felt with other girls, she made him feel warm.

"Jimin cut the bullshit. It's nonsense." he said closing one of the files and leaning back into his chair.

"Is it? Then you tell me tae, why the hell haven't you dated a girl longer than a week? And how you've only dated 5 girls, including blind dates, over the last 4 years?" Jimin retorted as Taehyung remained silent, not knowing what to say.

"It's been almost 5 years, and here you are, still single as hell." Jimin snapped at the boy who could only let the words sink in.

It's true, he had not dated a girl after Jennie, and he had taken a year to even manage to go on a date.

But he was busy, he had indulged himself into work so he didn't have the time, right?

"And don't give me the excuse you were busy, you clearly had enough time to come out to the forest with us. It was just your knuckle-headed ass that wasn't over her." Jimin says completely diminishing the earlier point.

He was right, Taehyung wasn't busy.

He surely did study a lot more but he would have had more than enough time for dates if he wanted.

He just used busy as an excuse to cover up the fact that he was in love with Jennie, and that she was in his heart still, and that he hadn't moved on because he hoped she would come back.

For a whole year.

That's until he finally graduated high school and he realised that he hadn't gone out on a date, so he cut the bullshit and had his first date, who turned into his first girlfriend since him and Jennie didn't ever make any official commitment to their relationship.

That only lasted for 3 days because he was not very interested in her, and so on so forth.

"Okay... fine I get it you're right. But that doesn't mean I'm going to fall back in love with her just because she's back. We're not the same high schoolers who made out on a wall at the back of the orphanage any more." he muttered absentmindedly before he froze.

"MADE OUT?!" Jimins voice boomed through his ears as Taehyung only groaned at his own actions.

He slumped his head down on the desk as Jimin began rambling.

"You had your first kiss before me?

At the back of an orphanage with Jennie?

I thought it was just a one sided thing, but you two made out?

When?

Oh my god, it was that day you two were weird wasn't it.

How the fuck could you keep this from me, and how did you two not date?

Wait.

Don't tell me she was your first time too? How are you going to fucking face her Taehyung?" He rambled as Taehyung groaned, again.

"Okay okay we get it, it's a big deal for you but shut up. Yes Jimin we may have kissed that one day but that was the end of it. We wanted to get to know each other and we never went further than that. It was a one time thing." He explained and took a breath before continuing to answer the spree of questions flung his way.

"How am I going to face her? Like I've been doing so far. Not making things awkward and bringing it up. And why didn't I tell you? Well look at your reaction right now. What do you think would have happened if I told your over dramatic ass that I made out with one of the girls from the other side of the fence with them there?" Taehyung continued, taking his silence as a confirmation of him being right.

"And do you know what would happen because of you and your reaction? Every thing would get weird and awkward. So there Jimin, is your answer, sorry, answers." he finished rolling his eyes.

"Yeah whatever but man this is still huge. You've got balls I can say that, I mean I know you had a crush on her but you got moves." He teased as Taehyung wanted to throw the phone across the room that instant.

"Also know that you know, shut up. I've not been bringing it up to avoid things being awkward, so do-" Taehyung started but was caught off guard when Jennie called his name.

"Wait is that a girls voice? Is a girl living with you? Tae....." Jimin started but his voice was muffled to taehyungs once he saw Jennie with semi wet hair as she was drying her hair.

She seemed to have just taken a bath as her tank top clung to her seemingly perfect hourglass body, accompanied by a casual pair of sweats that hung of her hips rather loosely.

Even this completely normal look made him gulp as he realised Jimin was on the phone when Jennie called him again.

"Also I forgot to mention, I live with Jennie now." Taehyung said quietly and quickly making sure Jennie didn't hear as he whispered onto the phone.

"WHAT?! YO-" Jimins screech could be heard but before he could say a complete sentence Taehyung already cut the call.

"Was that Jimin?" Jennie asked as Taehyung nodded:

"Thats nice, heard he goes to this university too. What were you talking about?" She asked plopping onto the couch grabbing her remote as she faced him for the answer, and as he was caught off guard he blurted the answer which made him regret it the next second.

"Remember when we made out?"
