Students poured into classes as the bell rang, indicating the beginning of the classes for the day.
Around two months of the third year had in fact already passed, so students were busy preparing for their first term end examinations.
There's usually three a year, one per 2 months. So to say the year would always be stressful would be nothing but the truth.
Every desk began full as rows and rows were packed with students.
No one wanted to be late as it was professor Sung's class, a class where the professor is so strict that you turn in your assignments because you don't want to die in his hands.
This is the year 3's class, so everyone was quite stressed for their final year of examinations, as the two extra years don't have that much importance to their test scores.
Jennie walked in as well as she looked for a free spot as many people's eyes froze on her, why?
Well because even on casual clothes she managed to stand out to their eyes, they were curious of who she was, especially what kind of person she was.
They wanted to know more and more about her personality.
She spotted a seat open towards the back as she sat there, not really acknowledging the people next to her as she crossed her legs and went on her phone seemingly texting someone avoiding the eyes and whispers that were thrown around her.
"Do you need something?" She suddenly spoke as she looked to her right seeing her seat mate who abruptly shook their heads.
"Uh no sorry if I seemed intrusive." she apologised as Jennie only nodded and went back on her mobile.
All the states and whispers immediately ceased as the professor walked in class, to which Jennie shut her phone off and placed it in her bag.
"Hello class, I'm assuming all of you have handed in your last weeks assignment?" He asked as a chorus of 'yes's and other replies shot through the room.
Jennie just sat there silently knowing she wasn't in the last class, so there was quite literally no way for her to have done the assignment.
"All right moving on, your term examination for this class is on the following week Monday, remember. Ah Ms.Kim, due to you joining late you have the option of taking it or not, please answer now so I can put it down." he asked as eyes fell on Jennie.
"I'll do it." she said as people widened their eyes at her, and the professor raised his own eyebrow.
"Are you sure? You only have two weeks counting this one?" He asked as no other student would voluntarily choose to do an exam.
"I'm sure." she replied leaning back in her chair.
"All right then... about today's class..." professor started as he began teaching the class about the day's topic, while these students deliriously listened on their last lesson before the exam, as they would be busy studying from the next week for different classes.
This was a little more complicated class as it was constitutional law, and they even have to use and apply other countries' constitutions in their own country situations as a test, and they do other things where they are required to know other countries' constitutions as well.
So not only is there a lot of memorising, even after the year of law it will constantly be there as the constitution always has amendments, it's a never ending class.
Jennie herself had already studied the constitution of Korea when she learnt she would be attending SNU, and it was a whole lot different from New Zealand's ranging from their first transcript to the amendments.

"All right last point for today, abortion under the constitution.
Not much to talk as the country believes that abortion is pro life and that life begins at conception, and therefore abortion is equivalent to murder.
Act can have physical, emotional and psychological repercussions as well, even if pregnancy is produced from rape or incest.
Abortion and government interventions are justified. Any questions?" He asked as no one said anything except for one hand raised.
"Yes Ms.Kim?" Hr questioned her as she spoke.
"What if I have a different view to the section?" She asked as he asked stood amused.
No one ever spoke up on his class, especially against the constitution, so the argument intrigued him, and so did the students.
They were all surprised at her, the new student speaking in class.
"Go on." He said as she put her hand down to continue speaking.
A number of people had their attention solely focused on her as a few felt bad for her to not know what her consequences could be.
"In my opinion, I say abortion is qualified as pro-choice, not pro-life" she said as he grew curious of her more.
No students genuinely speak up on his class and he didn't have too many student opinions in his lessons.
But pro-life and pro-choice was a huge difference, which completely contradicts the section if so.
Even Taehyung who was in the same class as her was how even more intrigued of her words and actions.
She never seemed as the type to take school seriously, yet here she was.
"Continue." The professor said as he beckoned for her to continue.
"I say that people have the right to choose to have an abortion because they have bodily autonomy — complete control over their own bodies.
They believe that it is immoral for the government to make medical decisions on behalf of pregnant people.
Thus, the pro-choice perspective opposes federal, state, or local laws that restrict access, impede funding, or create legal obstacles for getting an abortion." She said as several people were impressed she had the guts to make a point.
"On top of that, an abortion is huge.
Especially if it is rape or incest, then it ruins their future more than it has to because society will always look down on them.
Men shouldn't have the say to make that choice because they won't get it, they will only be proprietary.
And if you consider that a murder, aren't eating or cooking eggs supposedly, the same?" She questioned as the class grew pin drop silent, now focusing on their professor for his reaction to her brave stand point on it, especially abortion being a typically more sensitive approach.
The professor stood there stoically, slightly scaring the other student but not once did Jennie's confidence or demeanour seem to crack as she stared right back.
"Thank you for speaking Ms.Kim, because I agree" he said smirking at the end as a lot of relieved sighs were heard, and even a lot of exclamatory gasps as they didn't expect that.
The bell then rang as he dismissed the class, but just before Jennie could leave a one of the first people, he questioned her why she chose to take the exam.
"I chose to do this career, and if I am going to, I'm not going to skip with a free pass. An exam is an exam, if I don't do it, what was the point to have been studying all this while?" She replied before bowing and leaving as the professor only shook his head with a slim smile.
Meanwhile Taehyung who heard it stood outside the classroom door as he watched her retreating figure.
"You still intrigue me the way you used to"
