Taehyung woke up with the familiar girl in his arms, snuggling closer and kissing her head again.

"I don't know why you do this, but I can definitely get used to waking up like this," Jennie mumbled, kissing his exposed collarbone.

"Me too. That's why you're sleeping here," he said, breathing out, while Jennie smiled.

"I don't think you're going to leave me a choice in the matter, are you?" she asked, looking up at him while he inhaled.

"No, not one bit," Taehyung replied, hugging her tighter than before.

Jennie was about to say something else but froze when she heard the familiar sound of their front door opening. Seemingly, Taehyung did too as they stood up.

"Who's coming in?" she whispered, afraid to make a noise.

"I don't know," Taehyung mouthed back, and then the two froze again when they heard voices.

"Do you think he's awake?"

"I don't know, we are pretty early."

"It's 9 am, he should be awake."

"No, it's 9 am on a Sunday. He's probably asleep after being exhausted from finals."

"What about her?"

"Jennie? I think she's also most likely asleep. Let's go to his room."

The voices chorused as Jennie and Taehyung widened their eyes.

"My parents," he mouthed as they stood up in panic, and there wasn't much time before the door opened, revealing the couple at the door.

"Uhh," he said as their parents looked at the pair standing in front of his bed, in what seemed to be their nightwear, who were looking right back at them.

"H-hello, Nice to meet you, I'm Kim Jennie," she introduced herself as she had only met one of the parents, never the father, who had just caught her in his son's room, suspiciously blushing red.

Moments later, the four of them were seated at the dining table with the dishes Taehyung's mom had brought laid out in front of all of them.

Neither of them made a move to eat any of it.

"Are you guys dating?" the father asked finally as Jennie and Taehyung awkwardly looked at each other, pausing as they didn't know how to start this off.

Taehyung finally breathed out a huge sigh before looking up to his father and mother, and then Jennie.

"Yes, we're dating," he said as Taehyung's mom smiled, maybe a little too widely, hitting her husband on his arm, making him hold his arm slightly hurt.

"He's finally not a single prick anymore," she said, pointing to her only son, who only widened his eyes at her choice of words.

"Eomma!" he exclaimed at her, growing slightly embarrassed of her saying that as she just rolled her eyes at him.

"Whatever. Shut up and eat your food," she instructed, and he complied, not wanting to feel his mother's wrath on him on a Sunday morning.

"Well, now that that's settled, let's start eating," his dad said to them all as Jennie looked at him quizzically.

That's it?

That's all he had to ask?

Questions ran through her mind at the simple confrontation between them all, which she definitely did not expect.

Taehyung's father seemed to have caught her confused and quizzical gaze as he only smiled tenderly at her.

"It's not my choice or place to pry into my grown adult son's dating life, although he doesn't act like one a lot. But I know you're a good woman, Jennie, smart and nice, so why would I have anything to say? You're welcome in our family now," he said as Jennie only breathed out a sigh of relief, smiling at him, and felt Taehyung squeeze her knee in reassurance.

"All right, all right, enough of that. Look how skinny both of you look from the lack of proper food, eat this all now," his mother said as she nagged and put food on both their plates, then pushed for them to eat while Taehyung rolled his eyes, and Jennie just smiled, taking a bite.

"So, any plans for marriage soon?" his mother innocently asked, making Jennie choke on her first bite as Taehyung instantly blushed red. His father offered the poor dying girl some water to help her calm down.

"Eomma!" he exclaimed once again as she laughed at them.

"Oh, come on, I was just teasing. Both of your reactions were priceless," she said, pointing between the two as Jennie was still recovering from her choking on eggs experience, and Taehyung just annoyingly huffed.

"Not funny," he said as his mother rolled her eyes at her own son.

"Oh please, it was hilarious," she said, teasing the two, especially loving their flustered reactions, while Taehyung just groaned at his mother's antics.

"I'm so glad Jisoo advised us to come here this morning," his dad said, making both Taehyung and Jennie's ears perk up at the words they said.

Taehyung had told Jisoo that Jennie and him were dating, and she would never suggest for their parents to visit them.

"That sneaky lunatic! She knew," he mumbled lowly, making sure no one heard him other than Jennie.

Jennie also widened her eyes in realization.

Jisoo set them up.

She purposefully sent them over to their place at a time they wouldn't be awake, and she only told them to visit the pair in their new apartment because they were dating.

Jennie silently tsked after she realized what she had done.

"Yeah, thank god for Jisoo advising us to come. It did sound a little odd, but because of that, we found out about this. She may be a little crazy at times, but sometimes has the right decisions. At least she wouldn't keep a boyfriend from us," his mother said as she bit into a piece of her own food, but missed the small smirk Jennie gave as she remembered one of her conversations with Jin.

She put on an innocent face and pretended to look shocked as she looked at them.

"Really? Didn't Jisoo unnie tell you she has a boyfriend? His name is Jin; they started dating before us itself," she said, pointing between her and Taehyung, but her words made his father and Taehyung pause their eating and look at her shocked while his mother only dropped the food that was on the chopsticks.

"WHAT!" they both yelled as she fist bumped Taehyung under the table.

"Bingo."
