A week passed as Jennie finally went home to her apartment, and was now on her couch.
Taehyung was at college as of then, as he still had classes, and much to his dismay Jennie made him go as she didn't want him failing his classes.
She sighed as she stretched her neck in a clockwise motion, hearing the little cracks as it was stiff.
It was around 7 p.m, and the reason Taehyung wasn't back yet was due to his own group case work, so she wasn't bothered by it.
Suddenly her phone rang as she saw it was a face time call from Jungkook, as she picked it up.
"Yes kook? Any problems?" She asked as he shook his head.
"Not a problem exactly with the case, but we did find some thing" he said as he walked over to Sana who waved to Jennie.
"Unnie, we were going through the drawers and found this." She said holding up to papers as Jennie squinted her eyes.
"You know it's much easier if you just tell me, I can't understand a thing on there" she said Jungkook whispered something to Sana, as Jennie heard it as well.
"I told you so, we should have just sent a picture"
"Shut your trap and just tell her" Sana replied harshly making Jennie crack a smile.
These idiots would never change.
"Noona. It's client lists, for drugs and other weapons and stuff. And our victim is on here, at the bottom it said he was in a lot of debt, and that he refused to pay and was threatening to expose them to the cops, and that's why he was assaulted by our defendant, who's the consigliere of, the yes, confirmed gang, and then murdered by another member" Jungkook said as Jennie nodded at the new information. Taking down notes.
"And that's not it, there's another name in here. He was about to have a shipment delivered in two weeks" Sana continued.
"All right, there's cops with you right?" Jennie asked as the two nodded.
"Okay good. So for tonight, we have a lot, and I mean a lot of work to do. Come to my place, we'll work here. Jungkook get the files and talk to the authorities to make sure that no one else procures the information for now, Sana do a background check on the other client in the list, and look to see if there's more. And also, order some Mexican food, we have a long night" Jennie said ending the call as she had notes down.
Over the next week there was only so much she could do, as she got her wound almost fully healed, and was able to see where the guy would be, as she also informed Taehyung of her plan to remove any misunderstandings.
He was hesitant at first but let her do it nevertheless, because he trusted her.

Jennie, Sana and Jungkook were in the classes building only to pick up something they needed from a professor.
This was the first time that Jennie attended in the past week, and even Sana and Jungkook had skipped classes to work on the case.
Jennie was walking through the hall as a student was about to approach her but was cut off when Sana did instead a tablet in her hand as she showed something on the screen to her, as Jennie took it and the two were walking quickly down the hallway towards the entrance as Sana was also showing another file to her.
"They look hella busy" a student said to another watching them walk by that fast.

Jennie was outside a café as she walked in, and then spotted the target.
To make her next move seem unsuspicious, she sat down at the free table across him, and then once in a while glanced at him when she knew he noticed.
After finishing her coffee she stood up, naturally acting as she approached him.
"Hi nice to meet you. You don't know me, and frankly I don't know you either. I may seem a little forward, but while I was looking at you I noticed you were just my type. How does dinner sound?" She asked as she scribbled her number on a piece of a napkin in front of him, as she pushed her hair aside to make sure he noticed her.
"Let me know when works" she said as she began walking, but was paused by a hand holding her wrist, and she looked back to see him.
"It's nice to meet you?" He started trailing off as he didn't know her name.
"Jae-hee" she introduced with a fake name smiling as if she was effected by him.
"Right, Jae hee, let's go out for dinner tonight? Does that work? My name is Dae-Jung" he said introducing as she smiled.
"That sounds great, just text me the address, I'll be there" she smiled even wider as he handed her his business card.
"Expect a text from me." He said smiling as she nodded and left, and her smile immediately turned into a smirk as she walked out the doors, a smirk of victory.
The night came by quickly, as Jennie wore her red dress, one that wasn't too fitting but flattered her ant waist, as she slipped on matching red pumps and had her hair down.
"I'll be fine, don't worry" Jennie said to Taehyung who nodded, still a little cautious.
Sooner or later Jennie parked in the lot of the café as she texted Sana and Jungkook that she was going in.
She opened the door and walked out, as she waited at the entrance, and was greeted by the face who invited her as they walked inside to a reserved table.
He seemed wealthy, as it was an expensive restaurant.
Sitting across from her, the two began talking, as she sipped on the wine continuously, using her state to her advantage, as she saw him drink along with her, in politeness, but noticed as he passed out soon enough, due to having too much.
The minute he did she wiped the fake smile off her face as she took his I phone, used his finger to open it and went through the texts, taking pictures of them.
Then suddenly she paused on something that made her grin, as she called Sana.
"Mission was a bigger success than you think. He was supposed to meet with the boss tonight. I'm sending the location and time, forward it to the authorities. This is a huge catch" she said smirking as she put the phone Bach gently and left the restaurant, grinning.
It was finally over.
