Glitch: ERROR can make himself glitch, as well as other matter. This can be used to teleport, or to phase through objects.
Cables: ERROR's eyes produce these cable like objects that can be used for many things. An overuse in this quirk can result in bleeding from the eyes, or even temporary blindness.
Personality: ERROR is a very cold and calculating person, but he can easily let his emotions take control of him.
