Finally, Hikari and Tokoyami were going home. How, exactly? Train? No. Hawks actually escorted them until the two were just near the train station back to Musutafu.

"Remember, chickadees, those who can fly, should fly! Now go spread those wings and leave Uncle Hawks' nest!" Hawks shedded a dramatic tear and waved a white handkerchief at them after dabbing his cheek with it. "I'll miss you both, my children!"

When will Hawks remember that Hikari isn't technically a bird..? Well, wings were wings.

She rolled her eyes and giggled. "Bye, Oldie!"

Before he could retort and scold her for calling him old, Hikari already snatched their permit, spread her wings and boosted herself up, waving at Hawks and waiting for Tokoyami to follow her. As he did, he sighed, hearing Hawks' yell fade into distance.

"DON'T BUMP INTO POLES AGAIN, YOU TWO!"

Hikari rolled her eyes.

It was only one time!

"Why must we waste our energy when we could get some rest on the train?"

"Trains are slower, E-boy. Especially if you wait to get in first. And I'm itching to hug my cute soulmate and my cute babies!"

Fine, he'll let her go for this one just this one time. He didn't know which babies she was talking about, but he had a hunch that it was a brunette and a bluish-white-haired teen. Her cats were being taken care of by their teacher so she didn't actually need to worry about them.

After a few more minutes of Hikari just humming along with the devil and Dark Shadow, they finally neared the school. Hikari cheered and dove down near the entrance with Tokoyami, just to see three of her favourite people walking towards the gate. Well, more like they dragged the other one.

She watched as the three argued back and forth with a large grin, her wings flapping excitedly, hitting Tokoyami who only deadpanned.

As soon as the blonde turned his head, his eyes widened. He thrashed animatedly, trying to let the brunette and the white haired teen to let go of him. Gods, he was dramatic. When they finally let go, he sped towards her, only to get tripped by Ochako who snickered and ran to Hikari who was just waiting for a hug.

"HIKARI!!! I MISSED YOUUUUUUU!!!" She screamed as she landed on the Angel's arms, peppering kisses all over Hikari's cheeks, making her laugh and do the same.

Ochako then turned to Katsuki's direction, blowing a raspberry as she saw his red forehead from hitting the ground.

"You damned ROUND-FACE!!"

"NO FUCK YOU, I MISSED HER THE MOST!"

"HAH?! I MISSED HER MORE!" He shut his mouth after that, getting redder by the moment.

Ochako grinned at that, slowly letting go of Hikari.

Kokkaku only shook his head at the three and picked Katsuki up by the scruff, dragging him to Hikari who only spread her arms, waiting for her soulmate to drop in her hold.

"Katsuki~! Don't you wanna hug me?" She sang out with a grin and a blush. "C'mon, I missed you!" She whined, giggling when she saw his red ears. She looked at Kokkaku and saw his mischievous grin as he lifted the hunched blonde up by the scruff.

"Im'ma drop him."

Hikari just nodded. "Drop 'im. He'll land it." Like a cat. He was more of a Chihuahua and a Pomeranian, but he had the reflexes of a cat.

Instead of plopping back down on his face to the ground, he landed easily on his feet. Just like Hikari had predicted. A cat. He dragged himself to Hikari and let his head touch her collar. She giggled, feeling his hair tickle her chin.
