[TW - slight gore warning]

After texting Sana, I got dressed for dinner and headed out to Vizera.
They got there before I did and were sitting across from each other at a booth by the window. The table had 3 menus and 3 glasses of water on top.
"Hi," I say, sitting next to Sana. "What's up?"
"Your friend ain't very smart," grunts Edith.
"What do you mean?"
"Shut up, I'm fine," Mutters Sana.
"Before we came here she wanted to fight a few tristitias, and instead of fighting them regularly she had to use that special move of hers."
"I just wanted to practice!" She shouts. "Besides, normal fightin doesn't always work for me. Nothin happened anyways."
"Ya see? The delirium has already taken affect."
"How many tristitias did you fight?"
"8," Edith answers.
"Oh..." I move my gaze to Sana. "Are you okay?"
"I told you I'm fine!"
"She's just mad cause she can't fight."

It got awkward for a moment so we all started looking for what to order when I caught Violet in the corner of my eye.
"Yo Vi! Over here!" I shout.
"What the hell are you doin?" Sana asks.
"Inviting her over, why not?"
"Cause she's crazy!"
"Huh. You're one to talk," Edith mutters.
"Look," Sana says, ignoring the comment. "That chick freaks me the hell out. I mean she knows everything! And, she wanted to keep me from making my wish, tellin me it was stupid and all."
"I mean...maybe she was only worried about you..." I suggest.
"Yeah right, it's obvious that stuck-up bitch is jealous or afraid of losing her 'rank' of being the strongest."
"You don't know that! Maybe she really does care and just doesn't know how to show it."
"For your information, I don't give a damn about what Miss Vinkosch thinks about me."

I look to my left and notice Violet standing at the edge of the table.
"Oh, hey Vi, you want to join us?"
She glares at me for a couple seconds before shrugging and sitting besides Edith.
"Hey, umm, is there a reason you're always headin to the beach?" Edith asks Violet.
"You're a magica, you should know, and I thought I already told you as well."
"You talkin about that really powerful tristitia?"
She nods.
"I have to get everything set up now so I'm prepared when the day comes."
"But why at the beach?" I ask.
"That's where it'll arrive. This tristitia will disguise itself as a powerful storm so that regular people won't be able to spot it."
My eyes widened in shock at her words, the memories of that nightmare flooding back to me.
"Wait...did you say storm?"
"I believe I did, yes."
"Tell me," I say, leaning over the table, towards her. "How many people will die?"
"I don't know all the details but I estimate more than a thousand people will die when it arrives."
I lean back in my seat as my eyes dart around.

No Kate, stop worrying, this has nothing to do with your dream. You're fine, okay, stop worrying.

"If this tristitia is as powerful as you say it is...then I would appreciate it if I could help." Exclaims Sana.
"If you really want to help then you would stop being such a damn idiot and not use your special attack every battle, that will only bring you to your demise."
Sana sighs angrily and glares at Violet, giving her a look of hatred.
"Look, what I do with my powers, is none of your damn business! Ya hear? So lay off."
"Anger won't help you either. You'll need a balanced mind in order to fight this one. And unless you want to die a horrible death from this monster, I suggest you 'lay off' your attitude. Besides, with you using your secondary ability so much, your fighting will only get worse.."
Sana was about to say something, when our waitress came over and asked for our orders.
We all basically had the same thing, fettuccini alfredo. Reason we ordered the same thing is because we couldn't decide what to get, so we went with the pasta.

We all began to leave the restaurant when we finished eating. Sana must've forgotten what she was going to say to Violet, or she might've ignored it completely.
While walking out, I grab Violet by the arm and pull her aside.
"I need to tell you something. Call me crazy, but, I had a dream not too long ago that this giant storm occurred at the beach. It's fuzzy but I recall thousands of people dying."
She glares at me with a slightly concerned look.
I shake my head.
"I'm not saying it has anything to do with what you said, it just reminded me so much about that nightmare...I mean it was so vivid."
"Interesting, it's a mystery how some dreams can be so realistic."
"Yeah I guess. Anyways it was nice hanging out with you."
