Josie's POV

I jump awake, startled and panting from my weird dream, where I saw an evil version of myself, whatever that was it was just a dream. I'm fine. Hopefully. I feel another body next to me and I would guess it's Hope but it's Lizzie, we've been sleeping on the same bed ever since the whole prison world mayhem. It both brings us comfort, I want to sleep next to Hope too but she said that me and Lizzie should have some sister time. And Lizzie had no qualms. She practically pulled me out of Hope's grasp, and Hope just let her. That's one of the reasons why I love her. She accepts and cares about Lizzie just as much as me unlike my other relationships, she understands the familial bond. They have their banters and playfully fights but I know Hope genuinely cares about her, the same goes for Lizzie

I turn around and see Lizzie awake sitting up her elbows supporting her, I must've woke her up. She's staring at me teasingly wiggling her eyebrows. I give her a look that asks "What?"
"You were having a sex dream." she states. "What? No, I wasn't."
"Yes you were, you were making noices. Ugh, I don't even want to know what you were doing in your dream." Lizzie shudders. "I know you're in love with the Tribrid baby or whatever but please have the common courtesy of not having wet dreams about your girlfriend while you're sharing the bed with your twin."
"I wasn't having a sex dream." I deadpan. Lizzie gives me a disbelieving, but she drops it. "Fine. I don't want to know." she pulls on the covers and lays back down.
"Go back to sleep." I say and lay back down and I slowly drift off to sleep. Whatever that weird dream was, it was probably nothing.

***

The next day was a slow morning. Me, Lizzie and Hope were hanging out in our room. It was supposed to be sister time but I needed Hope around, and she was more than happy to cancel her plans on researching why the monsters are still coming to hang out with me. Lizzie didn't really mind she's grown to like Hope. She will deny it but I know she treats Hope as her best friend. We were all laying in bed, cuddled up together watching a movie when dad comes into our room telling us to attend group therapy with Emma at the gym. We were going to decline and continue our movie but dad didn't give us much of a choice, so we went to the gym. When we get there we see Emma, Mg, and Rafael. The three of us walk inside and take our seats, with me being in the middle between Hope and Lizzie and the boys taking the remaining seats. When everyone was settled Emma went to the front and starts her speech.

"As supernaturals, we all carry a burden. Our eyes are open to evil. And recently, you've had to face it. Some of us process these traumas by suppressing what happened. For others, it's easier to bury it deep inside and pretend like nothing's happened at all. Still, others may take a different route, such as..."
"Pushing people away in an attempt to self-isolate? Because everyone they love is in perpetual danger, which often results in them becoming perpetually dead. See? There. That's it. That's my therapy." Hope rudely interrupts Emma. I know she isn't really fond of therapy, but I really think this could help her. Help us a lot. I grab her hand and give her a pleading face. "Please stay with me." Hope squeezes my hand and smiles. "Okay. You're right, I'm sorry. " she then turns to Emma and apologizes.

Beside me I could hear Lizzie say, "Whipped." and Hope most likely did too, but she chose to ignore it, and instead smiled sweetly and kissed my palm.
"Actually Ms. Tig can I go? Because, uh, Landon's outside trying to fly and could use a spotter." Rafael states standing up
"I'm afraid not, Rafael. Because the point is we can all do better at processing the traumas we've been through. Which is why Dr. Saltzman has asked me to conduct a special group lesson today." Rafael sighs and sits back down.
"I, for one, could really use this, and I would appreciate everyone's support." Lizzie says, and Mg being the caring guy he is and trying to win points from my sister, also agrees. "I'm down to help."
"You will all have an important role to play in this simulation. Oh, stop looking at me like that. It'll be fun." Emma states.
