"Everything you think you know... is a lie." Those words repeat, over and over as you fall. To death.
"Y/n?" You hear a voice shout, sounds like Yaz.
"Mhm." You mumble, trying to sit up.
You had been moved into a seat when you blacked out. Not to mention the massive headache.
"Hey! Hey! I've got a plan!" You hear Ryan shout from in front of you.
Before anyone can respond you're hit with something...
You're in the same white room as before.
"It's coming. Soon." Says the same woman from the last time, and though you aren't totally sure, she sounds a lot like the woman from the hospital. And then you're back. On the plane. Falling to certain death.
Stay focused. Listen to their voices. Stay curled up in the seat.
"Open the panel in the floor!" Graham shouts.
"What does it say?" Ryan asks.
"Connect the cable to your phone."
"Welcome aboard." You hear the Doctors voice. You look towards it and see her on a screen.
"You are kidding! How's she doing that?" Graham shouts.
"I realize you have questions." She says.
"Where are you? We're going to die!" Graham explains.
Yep. You are going to die.
"First of all, you're not going to die. Second of all, don't talk back to the screens. Obviously I'm a recording and I can't hear you. Third, don't panic. Especially Graham and y/n."
"I'm not panicking!" Graham shouts back.
"Yes, you were. And I did just say don't talk back to the screens." She says. "Haven't got long. The bomb in the cockpit knocked out the signals from the computer to the engines. But the computers in this aircraft aren't in the cockpit, they're under the cabin floor. Ryan, the app should have opened."
"How was this installed on my phone?" You hear him exclaim.
"Use it to communicate with the engines via the aircraft wiring. By the way, you have shut the cockpit door, haven't you? That's vital. Cockpit doors are destined to be incredibly robust."
"I'll do it..." You groan, trying to be of some use.
"No! Y/n sit down!" Yaz exclaims, hanging onto a seat across the isle from you.
Too late. You trip, sliding towards the open cockpit door. You manage to position yourself in a position to use your feet, sliding the door shut and leaning against it; face pushed into the door.
"Now pay attention. Do this fast. I'm worried you might lose me if there's a power surge."
"Lost her!" Ryan calls.
"Go up!" Izzy shouts.
"Up, up, up!" Ryan says, violently tapping his phone.
This sends you sliding towards the back of the plane, barely staying conscious.
"Too many ups! Level out! Level out!" Graham shouts back.
Ryan fiddled more with his phone. You lay curled up in the back of the plane, carefully counting your shallow breathing to stay awake.
"You got us level, Ryan. Good lad." Graham gives him a supportive smile. Focus on the details.
"I can fly a plane! Can't ride a bike, but I can fly a plane." He exclaims, grinning. "Hey, look. Barton must have programmed in a flight pattern before he left the cockpit. Look likes this app's keying into it." He shrugs, putting his phone down.
