Waking up the next morning, you feel... different. More wary, more controlled. Looking around, you're slightly surprised to see yourself in a medbay, but not the Doctors. The lighting, the setup... right. Different TARDIS. Someone also changed you into a nightgown.
You see Yaz a few beds down from you, a patch on her right temple.
"Hey, you're up." She waves.
You nod, groaning slightly as you sit up. Recalling the events of... yesterday? You're surprised not to have a massive headache.
"What happened to your head?" You ask, running a hand through your hair.
"Bit of an incident in landing." Yaz shrugs. "You?"
"TARDIS forced Missy's entire life into my head." You laugh, realizing how it sounds out loud.
Yaz, however, doesn't seem amused.
"You're alright?" Nodding, you swing your legs onto the ground, slightly shocked at how cold it is. The Doctors is definitely more thoughtful in those regards. "I don't think you should be out of bed yet!" She calls as you walk out.
Using some newfound confidence, you start to wander, looking for something to do. This one also isn't considerate when it comes to finding things.
"Y/n!" Jenny meets you, holding some folded clothes. "Doctor thought you might be up, sent you some clothes." She hands you a bundle. A black trench coat, leggings and red t-shirt with some flats. "Feeling better?"
"Totally." You smile, walking past her to a different room.
Once changed, you wince as something is pulled in your head.

It weaves throughout your head before settling in the background. You heard it when you woke up, faintly like a conversation in the background. Now, it's definitely there. You don't know where it came from, how to get rid of it... It'll go away on its own. Hopefully.
Going back into the hallway, you put your hands in the pockets, gasping as you realize they're extremely deep. Must be another Time Lady thing.
"Missy, what are you doing?" The Doctor shouts from another room, "no!" The sound of metal dropping follows, along with a thump. Shaking your head with bitter amusement, you follow the sound.
They're in what appears to be an engine room, the Doctor on the ground while Missy is tinkering with something, her posture very tense.
"Hey." You call, approaching her. She doesn't look over. You sigh, figuring she's probably blaming herself. "I don't blame you." You place a hand on her wrist, pulling it down.
"If I hadn't taken tried to burn the universe-" Rolling your eyes, you peck her lips, glancing over at the still unconscious Doctor.
"And if you found out this would happen you wouldn't have?"
"I would've tried harder." She admits, looking over to the blonde. "Should be up any moment now."
"What are you doing, anyway?" You fold your arms.
"Giving this ship a taste of her own medicine, in human terms."
"Which I don't approve of!" The Doctor shoots up, pulling the tool out of her arms. Missy gives her a death glare in response. "I'll get Yaz and we'll find my TARDIS." She sighs, leaving.
The moment she leaves, Missy turns to face you. "What happened? You're acting different."
"Different how?" You shake your head lightly. Someone did notice.
