Gon's POV:
"KILLUA!!" i cry into his unconscious body.

aunt mito and alluka run up to the room.

"What in the hell happened here? GON?" aunt mito was screaming at me.

"it was me. i punched him until he was unconscious..."

"Gon, what the hell is wrong with you?" aunt mito asked.

"I DON'T KNOW, DAMMIT!"

i'm screwed. if killua dies, no one's gonna like me ever again.

"We're going to a hospital. Gon, don't lay your hands on him."

Mito's POV:
I want to get pissed at Gon, but I can't. T-That wasn't him earlier. He looked different. His eyes were different. We rushed Killua into a hospital and when we got there, Killua was rushed into the ER.

"a-aunt mito?" Gon asked.

"Don't talk to me. Unless you actually want to respect me." I say firmly.

"i-i'm s-sorry..." He said in a weak voice. He started sobbing. He looked weak inside. Vulnerable.

"It's okay, but the person you should be apologizing to is not here."

"i-i k-know... i feel so bad. i'm a monster."

"Gon! Don't say that! You aren't a monster!"

"then what am i? a devil?"

"Gon-"

"i'm going to the washroom, clearly no one knows what i am."

"Gon-"

He pushes me out of the way.

Gon's POV:
i'm a stupid idiot. there's likely a spot in hell designated for me. i was crying.

i hate myself.

i was about to kill my best friend.

i'm not a human, i'm a monster.

i miss killua's hugs already.

i might not ever get them again.

all because of me.

all because i wanted to take out my anger.

on an innocent person.

i texted leorio and kurapika for help.
