   Eliza was at jemmas is it ok if we stay i don't like being without Jax Eliza said . Yeah of course baby you and Andrea are welcome anytime thank you Eliza said .

     Clay ain't here either and its hard for me to jemma said sighing . Eliza laied on the couch with the baby loving her as much as she could .

     The next day Eliza gave jemma the baby as she walked out for court . Jax and the boys were at the court house . You think she will get us out Opie asked . I hope so but I don't want her to worry .

     Eliza walked in with Hale Stahl and Kohn . Eliza looked at Kohn and laughed . What the fuck is so funny he said oh just the fact I gave you a black eye Eliza said walking away .

      Eliza walked to the boys alright im not your lawyer but I've talked to them . We both agreed you need to stop this shit Eliza said . Then kissed Jax good luck to all of you Eliza said sitting down in the seat with the sons lawyer .

      All ruse the judge said everyone stood up . How dose the defindent pleed the judge said . Not guilty ok Eliza and me talked and I want her up on the stand the judge said as Eliza walked to the stand .

     Jax was confused ok Eliza where were you the night of James Xander . I was hiding Eliza said . See I wanted to kill him but I wanted to make an explosion . Jax stod up that is not what fucking happened Eliza stop . Sit down the judge declared .

     It is i killed him and the sons they were there to try and stop me but I just couldn't . So after it was done we swore to never bring it up again Eliza finished . Why did you want him dead the judge asked .

      He threatened me him and his slut wife wich she is here then the girl stood . Call me a slut again bitch she said . See Eliza looked at the judge all right . Break.the judge said as Eliza got off the stand .

     What the fuck are you doing Jax asked . What I have to are baby girl needs her father Eliza said then walked out . Hale stopped her Eliza you need to stop this shit Hale said . Eliza looked at him of only you would have listened . Hale I love Jax and if I have to die for him I would so please don't tell me to not do this shit Eliza said leaving .

       Eliza went to the bathroom puking shit Eliza said . She wiped her mouth I hate court she said as she walked back in the court room . All rise everyone stood up . We finally Elizabeth Smith not guilty . Elizas heart dropped we find  the sons guilty .

   What the fuck we had a deal Eliza said to the judge . Yeah well your deals off . One day thats all I asked one damn day . Eliza ran to Jax crying he.kissed her I don't want you to leave she said sobbing .

     I know but I have to he said as someone came and put him in cuffs . No Eliza said you won't she said Eliza stop Hale said . This is your fucking fault Hale . He pulled her away I love you Eliza Jax said .

     Eliza didn't stop trying to get out of his embrace . Then when Jax was gone Eliza fell to the ground screaming and crying . I need him bring him back she yelled . Then Hale picked her up and carried her to his car . Eliza you need to calm down and breathe .

     He is gone and I'm alone no you ain't you got me and jemma Hale said . You put him in jail because you took Kohns side but if you didn't know he abused Tara .

      Hales expression changed im going Eliza said and got in her car . She drove to jemmas house when she pulled up she just sat there in her car crying . What the fuck am I going to do now . Eliza got out of the car and walked in and told jemma then went a breastfed the baby .

      Jax and the boys bad just arrived at the new prison . Hey at least she tried Clay said . Yeah mabe to much she was willing to put herself in prison for two years . Yeah well know we are Tibbs said .

      

                   One month later

    Eliza stood at the prison she waited until she saw Jax and the boys come out . She ran to Jax kissing him when there was a gun shit and Jax fell to the ground .

    No she yelled crying ELIZA GET UP Eliza shot her head up gasping for air . Jemma looked at her these dreams are getting worse baby I think you need to see a therapist jemma said .

     Then the baby began to fuss I miss him its all they will lave soon . I hope so jemma said walking to go get the baby . Jax stood at the phone and started talking to Eliza . Hi baby Eliza said in the phone hi .

      I miss you Jax said I miss you to I plan of finally taking down Kohn today Eliza said . Then Jax felt a sharp pain and fell to the ground . Jax Eliza said enmate down an officer yelled .

      Jax Eliza yelled as a cop picked up the phone . Hello Eliza said yes we need to treat Jax he has been sttabed then the call ended .

     Eliza got up and put the baby in her car seat leaving jemma had fallen back to sleep . Eliza pulled up at Hales house she walked in with the baby .

      She put the baby's car seat down on the floor and walked to his room . He was asleep so Eliza sat down on his bed . Get up she yelled and he jumped she laughed so hard .

       What in the hell Eliza Hale said Eliza took a deep breathe we need to go see Jax and since you put him in there your bailing him out . Hale looked at her really Eliza im not in the mood .

      Then the baby started to fuss Eliza carried the baby to Hale . Say hi uncle Hale Eliza said as the baby began to coo . Say I miss daddy Eliza said as Hale took the baby .

      Fine Eliza you know you get on my nerves Hale said you love me she said as he got up and ready .
